Aprende a usar Kanban, herramienta agil en la gestion de projectos || Learn to use Kanban, an agile tool in project management

Hello friends I send a warm greeting to all of you! I am very happy to share in this great community @gems part of my knowledge that will help you to be more productive when carrying out any work project, it is the agile methodology.

A few years ago, while attending an online platform I found myself in a dilemma. There were a lot of improvements to make and a lot of errors to correct.
I used some tools such as: Google keep, Excel, etc. But without a methodology it was a task in which I could not measure: progress, bottlenecks and performance failures that needed to be corrected.
Until I came across the AGILE tools and among them KANBAN (LEAN method). With which I was able to do much more than I imagined.
**Now what is the KANBAN method?
in japanese kanban means traffic light, and just like a traffic light, the method makes use of visual elements that allow: visualize and manage the workflow.

Hola amigos les envío un cordial saludo a todos! Estoy muy alegre de compartir en esta gran comunidad @gems parte de mis conocimientos que los ayudará a ser más productivo en el momento de llevar a acabo algún proyecto de trabajo, se trata de metodología ágil.

Hace unos años, mientras asistía a una plataforma en línea, me encontré en un dilema. Había muchas mejoras que hacer y muchos errores que corregir.
Utilicé algunas herramientas como: Google keep, Excel, etc. Pero sin una metodología era una tarea en la que no podía medir: los avances, los cuellos de botella y los fallos de funcionamiento que había que corregir.
Hasta que conocí las herramientas AGILE y entre ellas KANBAN (método LEAN). Con el que pude hacer mucho más de lo que imaginaba.
**¿Ahora qué es el método Kanban?
en japonés kanban significa semáforo, y al igual que un semáforo, el método hace uso de elementos visuales que permiten: visualizar y gestionar el flujo de trabajo.

In it we are looking for 3 main things:

1. avoid duplication of work, since it is known who took the task.
2. define the priority according to the color of the label. (Red, Yellow and Green)
3. limit the workflow.

How does it work?
A traditional kanban board consists of 3 lists:
To do, doing and done. In this example we add a 4th one called backlog.
The idea is to pass each card through the different lists, according to the degree of progress, i.e., take a card from the backlog and pass it to the to do list, once the task starts, pass the card to the (doing) list and once completed, pass it to the (done) list.

What are we looking for?
To visualize what we are doing, which tasks are completed and which are delayed. In addition, the other team members have access and can visualize the overall environment.

What is the goal of all this?

1. to reduce costs and possible wastes.
2. increase productivity.
3. continuous improvement.

En ella buscamos 3 cosas principales: 1) evitar la duplicación del trabajo, ya que se sabe quién ha realizado la tarea. 2) definir la prioridad según el color de la etiqueta. (Rojo, Amarillo y Verde) 3) limitar el flujo de trabajo.

¿Cómo funciona?
Un tablero kanban tradicional consta de 3 listas:
Por hacer, haciendo y hecho. En este ejemplo añadimos una cuarta llamada backlog.
La idea es pasar cada tarjeta por las diferentes listas, según el grado de avance, es decir, tomar una tarjeta del backlog y pasarla a la lista de pendientes, una vez iniciada la tarea, pasar la tarjeta a la lista (haciendo) y una vez terminada, pasarla a la lista (hecha).

¿Qué buscamos?
Visualizar lo que estamos haciendo, qué tareas se han completado y cuáles se han retrasado. Además, los demás miembros del equipo tienen acceso y pueden visualizar el entorno general.

¿Cuál es el objetivo de todo esto?

1. Reducir los costes y los posibles despilfarros.
2. aumentar la productividad.
3. mejorar continuamente.
