Baño de crema de Murumuru. (Eng-Esp)

Today I want to share with you a little review of a spectacular product that a friend of mine gave me recently.

When I buy a cream for my hair I like to read the ingredients, for example if it has sodium or if they are mostly natural. I also read the instructions for use, for example if it is applied on dry or wet hair, if you have to leave it on for a while or rinse it out immediately.

In the case of this one that my friend gave me, I couldn't read much at first because it's in Portuguese. So I used Google Lens on my phone to translate the descriptions. This is superb and very handy in these cases.

It turns out that this cream bath is made in Boa Vista (no wonder I had never seen it 😅). And although the container is only 50 grams, it yields quite a bit.

Reading the ingredients I was very surprised to see that it is made from a type of butter called Butyrospermum Parkii which is like a natural hair butter (in the link you can read better what it is) and also has a natural product called Murumuru. First time I read about these ingredients, have you ever heard of them before?

The texture of the cream is just like a butter. Very smooth and thick. When I first applied it on my hands it stayed firm and creamy. Nothing to runny or dissolve quickly. Likewise, when I put it on my hair. It is so creamy that I had to massage it into my hair for quite a while for it to be absorbed well and yet it retained product in both my hands and hair. It reminded me of the name brand creams that used to be available in the country.

The smell is too delicious 🤩; sweet and citrusy at the same time. And the best part is that both the smell and the softness last over time.

To apply it I first wash my hair thoroughly with shampoo (as I usually do). After taking out the shampoo, I applied this cream bath and with my hands I massaged my hair strand by strand for a while. I did it from means to ends, without touching the roots too much.

As for the application time, the package recommends about three minutes. Then remove it with water as you would remove any cream bath. Finally, I let my hair dry naturally.

I was very pleased with the result, as my hair was very soft 💜

Yo hoy quiero compartirles una pequeña reseña de un producto espectacular que me regaló una amiga hace poco.

Cuando compro alguna crema para mi cabello me gusta leer los ingredientes, por ejemplo si tiene sodio o si en su mayoría son naturales. También leo el modo de empleo, por ejemplo si se aplica con el cabello seco o húmedo, si hay que dejarlo por un rato o enjuagar inmediatamente.

En el caso de este que me regaló mi amiga, al principio no pude leer mucho porque está en portugués. Así que utilicé el Google Lens de mi teléfono para traducir las descripciones. Esto es magnífico y muy práctico en estos casos.

Resulta que este baño de crema es hecho en Boa Vista (con razón nunca lo había visto 😅). Y aunque el envase es de solo 50 gramos, rinde bastante.

Al leer los ingredientes me sorprendió mucho ver que está hecho a base de un tipo de mantequilla llamada Butyrospermum Parkii que es como una mantequilla natural para el cabello (en el enlace pueden leer mejor qué es) y también tiene un producto natural llamado Murumuru. Primera vez que leo sobre estos ingredientes. ¿Tú los habías escuchado antes?

La textura de la crema es tal cual una mantequilla. Muy suave y espesa. Al aplicarla primero en mis manos se mantuvo firme y cremosa. Nada de derramarse o disolverse rápido. Igualmente, sucedió cuando la puse en el cabello. Es tan cremosa que para que el pelo la absorbiera bien tuve que masajearlo durante un buen rato y con todo y eso conservaba producto tanto en las manos como en el cabello. Me recordó a las cremas de marcas reconocidas que se conseguían antes en el país.

El olor es demasiado delicioso 🤩; como dulce y a la vez cítrico. Y lo mejor de todo es que tanto el olor como la suavidad perduran en el tiempo.

Para aplicarlo primero lave bien mi cabello con champú (como lo hago comúnmente). Luego de sacar el champú, me eche este bañito de crema y con las manos fui masajeando el cabello mechón por mechón durante un rato. Lo hice de medios a puntas, sin tocar mucho la raíz.

En cuanto al tiempo de aplicación, el envase recomienda que sea más o menos como por tres minutos. Después se retira con agua como retirar cualquier baño de crema. Finalmente, dejé que mi cabello se secara al natural.

El resultado me gustó bastante, pues mi cabello quedó muy suave 💜
