𝘐𝘕𝘎𝘙𝘐𝘋𝘌𝘕𝘛𝘚

  • Rice

  • Fresh Shrimps

  • Tomato paste

  • Fresh Tomato

  • Fresh pepper

  • Onions

  • Ginger/Galic paste

  • Seasoning Cubes

  • Vegetable Oil

  • Bayleaf

  • Meat

  • Fish

  • Thyme and Curry Seasoning

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

First, wash and deshell your shrimps. in a pot add in the shrimps,a pinch of salt, and a little water then steam for 5minutes.

Next blend your fresh tomatoes, pepper, and onions. Add that also to a pot and boil until it's dry.

Wash your beef and Add salt to test, seasoning cubes, chopped onions, ginger/garlic paste, washed bay leaf, thyme, and curry powder.

Mix to combine the meat with the spices then place on your gas and cook till ready.

Note ::: 𝘐 𝘈𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘕𝘰 𝘌𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐 𝘉𝘰𝘪𝘭 𝘔𝘺 𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘒𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘈𝘯 𝘌𝘺𝘦 𝘖𝘯 𝘐𝘵 𝘐𝘯 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘕𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘛𝘰 𝘈𝘥𝘥 𝘌𝘹𝘵𝘳𝘢 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘛𝘰 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳.

Wash your fish, add chopped onions, thyme, salt, seasoning cube, and grounded chili pepper.

Fry your meat and already-boiled spiced fish.

𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗢𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴

Parboil your rice and wash thoroughly.

In a pot add your cooking oil, when it's hot temper with a little salt then add your chopped onions and thyme.

Next add your tomato paste, fresh blended tomatoes, and pepper.

Add seasoning cubes, thyme, and salt.

When it's come to a boil, add your meat stock then cover and allow to boil once more.

Get a separate pot, add in half the sauce and enough water to cook your rice, and leave till it boils.

Add in your washed parboiled rice and cover till it dry.

Add the leftover source, salt to test and fried shrimps then reduce the heat and cover for a couple of minutes.

Now you can mix the rice thoroughly and if you wish at this point add a bit of cooking butter then cover for a few more minutes and that's all 😋 your delicious 𝘕𝘐𝘎𝘌𝘙𝘐𝘈𝘕 𝘑𝘖𝘓𝘓𝘖𝘍 𝘙𝘐𝘊𝘌 is ready.

Cool stuff... You took a reasonable amount of time to put the right spices into your meat before steaming it. That's cool.

I also start that same process of steaming my meat without adding additional water until the need arises. Well Done on this one

The Jollof rice is no joke. looks very sumptuous. Seems like you like a very spicy jollof

Thank you 😊 and yes you got it right I like my jollof rice a bit spicy, test better to me that way.

This is wow... You even did a video.. You sha prepare come. This is indeed the Nigeria Jollof rice. It looks yummy and I bet it will taste just as it looks.

Awss glad you like it and yes ooh the rice tested amazing!!! No joke 😋 my only complaint was that those who ended up eating it was almost more than the quantity of rice 😔 ended up reducing my ration 🤣🤣🤣

The 🖐 is very easy to get, all you need is to practice, practice and then do some more practice making the foods and the hand starts coming out on it's own 😁
