SUBLIMESUNDAY: BEING GLORIFIED

It's such another opportunity in the #SublimeSunday community to share with us how my Sunday went. It's always a Joy to be in the presence of the Lord because we are made to believe that there is fullness of Joy in there. You can't go back the same way you came to church only if you believe and trust on God for favor.

There is always a three days breakthrough service we normally do at the end of every month and it has always been a blessed one ever since I started attending the service. It starts from Friday and Ends on Sunday. It's always fulfilling with different guest ministers filled with the holy Spirit to come and give us fatherly blessings for all students in the area.

Just last week, the service was changed from the way it used to be. We started this Month's edition with a vigil that was held last week Friday and we ended at 1am on Saturday morning. The theme is "DEEPER REALM"

I always love this programme because I am always blessed through some men of God that was invited.
The name of the Pastor that was invited for this month of September was Pastor Goke Aniyeloye, the PICP 2 in Ondo state. PICP means Pastor In Charge of Province

With standing ovation, we welcomed him with his wife to the podium. He ministered greatly and everyone got an encounter from God. He prayed for us and taught us the word of God.

Pastor Goke is the one putting on a brown suit with his wife on white suit and a white hat.

According to him, there is difference between being wealthy and being glorified. If you want to know what that means, you should read the book of Esther in the Bible.

With all the ladies who came to the king's palace as instructed by the king when he was to choose a wife when Queen Vashti disobeyed the king. Among every ladies, Esther with no relative except for Mordecai who took her and took care of her till she grew up. She wasn't wealthy, I believe she was putting on some rags on when showing herself to the King.

Esther was favored among all. A "Nobody" became "Somebody" when God's favor was shown on her which made the king chose her and she became the best among the best.

Esther was glorified and outshined her mates.

This is what happens to those whose God's glory is shone upon them. They begin to manifest in an extraordinary way.
They are brought out from being a disgrace and are honored.

Esther turned the life of her uncle Mordecai around. A man who was dejected became accepted. Esther became the king's wife in an unknown place. She did excellently and was favored by the Most High.

After the service, we all went home feeling super great because our Pastor released blessings on us as we are starting our exams this week starting from Monday which is tomorrow.

I want to believe that this semester's examination is a sure one for me because I know who I serve and He is able to help me scale through and give me the best result.

It was such an interesting Sunday. The next breakthrough service will be coming up next Month's ending and I can't wait anymore as I am always expectant of God's blessings.

Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful week ahead.

I beg to disagree. I don't think she was putting on some rags. Mordecai wouldn't have let that happen. I am sure he made she was presentable.

there was a plan, and it was for Esther to be in the king's chamber so that the Jews will be saved from the hands of Haman. It's one of the reasons Esther found grace in the sight of God and Man and was made queen.

For this plan to work, Mordecai had to make sure his niece was well presented and well-mannered too.

I want to believe that this semester's examination is a sure one for me because I know who I serve and He is able to help me scale through and give me the best result.

Don't worry, the Lord is with you, and he will not allow you to be ashamed. just study, do your part, and leave the rest to him. He is a loving father and he wants the best for us.
