Hopeful songs as a start for Three Tune Tuesday.

I have wished the Hive community a happy new year already and since it's the first Tuesday in the Music community, I am wishing all music lovers a happy new year. This is my first #threetunetuesday post for the year 2023 and to @ablaze, I hope we keep this going till the end of this year. I will also try my best every week to be here and if not, on some other days, I will be around.

I have found some sweet songs to lead and guide you and I in this new year and in these three songs I will be recommending, they all centred on Hope and this is something we need to get going in this year. When there is hope, it means we have the chance to keep living and believe God is there because His promises are real and true to us.

I was just going through my playlist to see which songs will be best for this week and also to start the year with and I found this amazing artist which made me curious to listen to some of her songs and they are the right songs for my suggestion. I hope you will enjoy them all.

I will be introducing to us a new artist I am just getting to know this year and would be added to my playlist. She is Hope Darst.

Hope is a forty-two (42) years old woman, an American Christian musician and songwriter. The first song she debuted in the year 2020 was “Peace be still.”

Peace be still was Darst's breakout hit single. This song talks about peace when we are faced with some situations in our lives which bring fear into us. While listening to this song, it made me remember the story in the Bible when Jesus and His disciples were moving in the boat and the waves came around. They were afraid but Jesus stood and rebuked the wave and said, “peace be still.”

We are on the third day already and the year is moving. No doubt, we would be faced with challenges whatsoever but listening to songs like this gives us hope that we should always believe in God because peace will always come when we talk to God. No matter what waves occur, peace will surely come into our lives.

The second song says “Promise keeper.” Hope has been nominated for three awards in 2021. First, was being the new artist of the year. The second was recording the song “promise keeper” which was tagged as the inspirational recorded for the year and lastly, peace be still, which was tagged as the worship recorded song of the year.

This is a beautiful song that speaks of God's promises and knowing that He has promised us makes us not doubt Him since we know He will always be there for us.

God's vow is a covenant that can never be broken. His love is faithful and He will never walk out on us. So, there shouldn't be any doubt this year about God's wonders in our lives because He will always come through for us. After all, His promises are real and will surely come to pass.

Then for the last song, it is titled “Never walk alone”. I love this song too because it talks about God's faithfulness.

Many people would have gone astray for years without knowing what God can do. They move from one place to another seeking solutions to their problems but coming to know God and what He can do, makes them be in awe and realized they had doubted Him for long not knowing that with God, all things are possible. So, by the time they start enjoying His blessings, they now have full faith and decide never to walk alone tasting His kindness and faithfulness.
