Thank you. The sauce is just a bit spicy. We ate out yesterday . Making tofu noodle and tofu cube is not easy - it is a long process so usually we ate them at restaurant. But sometimes, we prepared them ourselves with ready-made tofu powder (for noodle). Ready-made tofu cubes are available at local market so we fried them with oil just to cover them. Thanks. ! LUV
