What's in this noodle? It looks very delicious. Here, people generally do not use many ingredients while cooking noodles.

It includes smashed tomato mainly I think. Other small ingredients are ground peanuts, fried garlic oil, and soya bean I think. This one is vegetarian. Meat can be added as wishes. Thanks for comment.

Oh ok thanks. I'm thinking of cooking noodles using these ingredients. Soybeans are a little hard to find here, but I think I could use peas instead.

I think it is alright without soya bean. Here there are quite a few kinds of noodle from different regions..the soup paste can be different. ....some tend to put more soya bean and some do not put at all. I think soya bean is hard to get in your region. Here we put powders of grilled fermented soya bean paste chip like the ones in the link below.

I've read a few articles before about fermented soybeans being very beneficial. Actually, I've been looking for soybeans for a couple of years, but there's none. I found soy milk last month but the price is 5 times more expensive than regular milk 😂

I see. Yes, I think fermented soyabean is available only in Asia and China.

No. I have not tried it yet. We drink hot soyabean milk with sugar but not with coffee.
