My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2026

Dear friends,

Morning meditation, welding

In this morning, I went to the meditation center as usual to meditate for one hour and then I went downtown for shopping. Then, I arrived home and helped my mother prepare fried fish, that I had bought from the market.

After that, I continued with my welding work on my mixer; I completed work and next, I will install the gear, 2 HP motor and then will replace the blades.

In the afternoon, I made some soya bean milk for the afternoon snack time.

Because I intended to make some compost out of the leaves from the trees in the home compound, I decided to build a leaves shredder using my grass cutter. Using shredded leaves, the compost making process can be done quicker, it is said so. I will have to use dry and green ingredients to make the compost.

At night, I counted beads before I went to bed.

Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
