Dear friends,
Yesterday, I did house chores and helped my mother with her house work. I did house chores - preparing breakfast, sweeping and mobbing floors and did some repair work like fixing leaking garden pipe.
I also went shopping to buy some beetroot but I didn't get them. Now, I am regularly consuming beetroot juice because it helps me feeling better and relaxed. It says it can help with blood circulation and reduce blood pressure. And yesterday, I released the mouse in the trap in the forest. Here, there are mice around and I have to set trap but not a harmful trap.
In the evening, I did physical exercise. I meditated and recited beads also, which were my dialy routine.
Those were some of the activities for yesterday.
