How To Make A Footmat From Bobby Wool (part 2)

avatar

Hello, my fellow creative hivians.
I did another design for my second foot mat. I actually needed two of them. One for the front door of my kitchen and one for the front door of the house. I still used the spare rag I made out of my old towel.

MATERIALS NEEDED

  1. A material cloth (I used my old towel because it was stronger)
  2. Hot glue gun
  3. Long Ruler
  4. Pen
  5. Bobby wools of any color of your choice

STEPS

  • First, make two slant lines in the middle of the material.
  • Detangle your wool and wrap it consistently on the ruler. From one edge to the end and cut off with scissors once you are done wrapping.

  • Put hot glue gun on one edge of the ruler and place it immediately on one of the two slant lines you drew on the material.

  • After placing it on the material, cut the wool to remove the ruler

)
  • Do this for the second line too.

  • Repeat this process for the other sides, going line by line making sure each line is close to each other to avoid big spacing. You can keep adding more and different colours too.

See? It's a very simple procedure. The good thing about this craft is that, it's cheap and and you get to make whatever design you desire and whatever colour you want your Footmat to be.

Thanks for stopping by.
See you next time, Gracias.
