Los posibles efectos de la contaminación y el cambio climático, han sido vistos en diversas películas o series. Este es el caso de este título que le da un enfoque más ligero y de ciencia ficción, teniendo a robots como lo llamativo del mismo. Es una serie que consta de 4 capítulos que sumados llegan a los 100 minutos de duración. Fue estrenada este año en mayo, siendo director Yasuhiro Irie y producida por CGCG STUDIOS.

The possible effects of pollution and climate change have been seen in several movies and series. This is the case of this title that gives a lighter and science fiction approach, having robots as its main attraction. It is a series consisting of 4 chapters that together reach 100 minutes of duration. It was released this year in May, directed by Yasuhiro Irie and produced by CGCG STUDIOS.

En una Tierra deshabitada por humanos, pero llena de robots, nos encontramos con E92 y A37 en Edén 3. Estos robots enfocados en realizar procesos de agricultura, se encuentran un día una especie de contenedor. Al abrirlo, se encuentra con la primera humana que conocen, Sara Grace, una bebe. Estos robots y la niña comenzarán una historia de descubrimiento sobre qué es ese lugar, qué secretos oculta y que paso con los humanos.

In an Earth uninhabited by humans, but full of robots, we meet E92 and A37 in Eden 3. These robots focused on performing agricultural processes, one day they find a kind of container. When they open it, they find the first human they meet, Sara Grace, a baby girl. These robots and the girl will begin a story of discovery about what this place is, what secrets it hides and what happened to the humans.

Una de las primeras preguntas que me hice al acabar la serie, fue porque decidieron separarlo en 4 episodios, y no realizar directamente una película. Más allá de esa duda, tenemos una serie con varias interrogantes por responder, esta las irá respondiendo, mientras vemos las diversas interacciones de los personajes principales con su contexto, así como el paso del tiempo.

One of the first questions I asked myself when I finished the series, was why they decided to separate it into 4 episodes, and not directly make a movie. Beyond that doubt, we have a series with several questions to answer, this will answer them, as we see the various interactions of the main characters with their context, as well as the passage of time.

Como mencioné al comienzo tiene un tono ligero, casi cómico, haciendo olvidar la tragedia de ese posible futuro de la humanidad. En temas de animación, está desarrollada enteramente en CGI, permitiendo ver las escenas con robots de mejor manera, pero tal vez no convenza del todo cuando esté en escena la protagonista; incluyen escenas de acción.

As I mentioned at the beginning, it has a light, almost comic tone, making us forget the tragedy of this possible future of humanity. In terms of animation, it is developed entirely in CGI, allowing to see the scenes with robots in a better way, but perhaps not entirely convincing when the main character is on the scene; they include action scenes.

Lo negativo, a mi parecer, es que si bien crean un contexto y premisa interesante, la trama no llega a mucho más, yendo por fórmulas ya conocidas. Los demás aspectos técnicos, son aceptables.

The negative, in my opinion, is that although they create an interesting context and premise, the plot does not go much further, going for already known formulas. The other technical aspects are acceptable.

Si te gustan las tramas con robots y quieres ver un posible futuro para la humanidad, te la recomiendo.
