Good afternoon everyone. Today June 20 is celebrated in Argentina on National Flag Day and I take this opportunity to share a beautiful poem and I also do it as a tribute.

Our flag.

There is no more beautiful flag
that teaches it from my country!

When it shines, hoisted to the top
of the ships, on the Plata,
by the breezes of the estuary
gently caressed;
or go by latitudes
from very distant regions,
as a symbol of a people
that in his honor encrypts his fame.

When there on the horizon
peasant Stands Out,
sheltering poverty,
of a lonely school,
protecting, affectionate,
the humble hopes
that are forged in the sweet
syllable of childhood...

I say, full of enthusiasm
and civility and out loud:
There is no more beautiful flag
that my teaches blue and white!

Buenas tardes a todos. Hoy 20 de junio se festeja en la Argentina en día nacional de la bandera y aprovecho esta oportunidad para compartir un hermoso poema y también lo hago como un homenaje.

Nuestra bandera.

No hay bandera más hermosa
que la enseña de mi patria!

Cuando luce, izada al tope
de las naves, sobre el Plata,
por las brisas del estuario
suavemente acariciada;
o se va por latitudes
de regiones muy lejanas,
como símbolo de un pueblo
que en su honor cifra su fama.

Cuando allá, en el horizonte
campesino, se destaca,
amparando la pobreza,
de una escuela solitaria,
protegiendo, cariñosa,
las humildes esperanzas
que se forjan en el dulce
silabario de la infancia…

Digo, pleno de entusiasmo
y civismo y en voz alta:
No hay bandera más hermosa
que mi enseña azul y blanca !
