A City with Many Stories || Una Ciudad con Mucha Historias [ENG/ESP]
Good morning friends of Hive, today I am happy once again to be able to share some content with you.
If there is something that I admire and more and more when I go for a walk through this beautiful city, it is its buildings, in this case I share the photographs of a historic building in which at one point they began to demolish it, in the city of Buenos Aires there is a law that prohibits demolishing or touching the facades of historic buildings, in this case what they have done, as you can see in the photographs, they have left the facade of the Old historic building in which they have fixed and painted and left it new, another thing What the Law says is that you must use exactly the same materials that were used at that time, for example if there is an aluminum sheet, you must get an aluminum sheet to replace the one you want to remove or change, and a little further inside up there, as you can see, they have built a new building, in this case this small historic building became a hotel, leaving of course the untouchable façade of the old building, it really was very beautiful and they have put a detail there right at the second or third floor as a giant showcase where we can find a famous Tango singer from the Argentine Republic as Carlos Gardel was.

Buen día amigos y amigas de Hive, hoy contenta una vez más por poder compartir un poco de contenido con ustedes.
Si hay algo que admiro y cada vez más cuando salgo a caminar por esta hermosa ciudad son sus edificios, en este caso le comparto las fotografías de un edificio histórico en el cual en un momento empezaron a demolerlo, en la ciudad de Buenos hay una ley que prohíbe demoler o tocar la fachadas de los edificios históricos, en este caso lo que han hecho como pueden observar en las fotografías han dejado la fachada del Antiguo edificio histórico en la cual la han arreglado y pintado y dejado a nuevo, otra de las cosas que dice La Ley es que se deben usar exactamente los mismos materiales que se utilizaron en aquella época, por ejemplo si hay alguna chapa de aluminio se debe conseguir una chapa de aluminio para reemplazar la que uno desea sacar o cambiar, y un poquito más adentro allá a más altura como pueden ver, han construido una nueva edificación en este caso este pequeño edificio histórico se convirtió en un hotel dejando por supuesto la fachada Intocable de la antigua edificación, realmente quedó muy bonito y le han puesto un detalle allí justo en el segundo o tercer piso como una vitrina gigante donde podemos encontrar a un famoso cantante de Tango de la República Argentina como lo fue Carlos Gardel.
