I saw a post by @dagger212 about his 2022 goals. His article inspired me to make this post, especially this comment of his really put it into perspective.

But the question remains is where should I focus my goals on? I've been in the HIVE space for a few months now, and I've come to enjoy being a contributor in the community as well as reading and writing content of everyone else in this space.

So with all that being said, I've decided on 5 goals I hope to accomplish this 2022.

Goal 1: Stake 40k SPS in Splinterlands

Currently I have 28,539 SPS staked, and I'm setting a time limit for this goal. I have to get this much SPS before Rift Watchers is released. I hope that this will be around 40k SPS by the time Rift Watchers is out as I plan to buy more RW packs with the SPS I've been saving. In the mean time, I will be collecting as much vouchers as I can with all the SPS I've got staked. I earn approximately 90 SPS from staking and airdrop per day, so hopefully I'll be able to reach this goal right before Rift Watchers comes.

Goal 2: 500 USD ONEUP:SPT Liquidity Pool

If you look at my articles, they have mostly been about Splinterlands and more recently, ChiFiBots. Thus by writing about these, I've noticed I am able to collect SPT and ONEUP tokens. It just so happens that if you look at the Liquidity Pools on the HIVE Engine, the APR that they give is one of the best. If someone is going to give me 268% APR who am I to say no to that? Aside from writing, I also expect to buy the tokens to achieve my target of 500 USD, and eventually 1000 USD. Currently I'm at only 66 USD, which is ways away.

Goal 3: 20k Fans Rising Star

This is how my profile in Rising Star looks like right now. I hope to be able to increase the fans to 20k, just so that my daily earnings will also increase. This is a fun game and one that I've thoroughly enjoyed over the past few months.

Goal 4: 1k CUB in Kingdom

Currently I am earning around 1 CUB a day from my DEC-BUSD Liquidity Pool. Once the SPS airdrop will be almost over, I will be removing the funds from the Liquidity Pool and I will be reallocating the funds there. A part of the funds with be placed in the Kingdom, and if there is enough, I hope it can even reach 5k CUB. I decided to place it at 1k because in case DEC crashes further, I won't have any BUSD to buy CUB!

Goal 5: 1K Hive Power

I am currently at 263 HP now, and I hope that by actively participating in the HIVE PUM and PUD, I will be able to grow my presence here in this space. Currently it earns an estimated 10%. How'd I get that number? That's based on each 100% Vote I can do is around 0.01 USD. Every day I can do 20 100% votes, and since you earn 50% of the vote, I can earn 0.1 USD per day. The value of my wallet is around 300 USD, so (0.1*365)/300= 0.1217%. This means that voting daily gives at least 12.17% return on investment! If my math is wrong, kindly clear it up! In any case, this seems like a logical step since I use this space so often, and let's not forget how I believe in HIVE and it's future.

So there you have it! Those are my goals for 2022, and I will be doing updates every month! Like @dagger212 said, this will help create focus and now that I've got a plan, I'm really pumped for it!
