THE BEST OF THE WEEK (# 21): Chocolate-covered hazelnut praline bars, Spooky vegan spider-candies for Halloween, Lion's mane mushroom shnitzel-German inspired

Today we publish other edition of the special curatorship, which will complement the MEATLESS MONDAY; that we have called: THE BEST OF THE WEEK. Our intention with this post is to recognize the best of the best of the posts that you, friends of Hivers, share weekly in our Plant Power (Vegan) community, selecting the top three recipes from the previous week; which on this occasion corresponds to the period from Wednesday, October 26, to Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
Each of the selected publications will be reviewed in this curatorship, and in turn, its author will be awarded 0.5 Hive in order to give him/her a modest recognition for the excellence and quality of his/her work.

Having said all of the above, let's see which recipes are THE BEST OF THE WEEK in this edition

CHOCOLATE-COVERED HAZELNUT PRALINE BARS 🌱🌰💚🍫 | by @amy-goodrich
For this week @amy-goodrich brings us a delicious treat: An energy bar, based on dates, hazelnuts, oats and dipped in dark chocolate, a crunchy and delicious treat that certainly fills us with energy and makes our day happier. She brings this great recipe in a great post with beautiful photos, so she is part of The Best of the Week.

Spooky vegan spider-candies for Halloween 🧛🕷️ | by @plantasticka
This time @plantasticka made some candies in the shape of a spider, in order to celebrate Hallooween. Some very curious, delicious, creative and 100% vegan candies, whose recipe she shared in a great publication, with incredible photos, which is why she is also part of The Best of the Week.

Lion's mane mushroom shnitzel-German inspired | by @carolynstahl
For this week @carolynstahl brought us a European-inspired dish, specifically German (in honor of her in-laws). She makes a vegan version of a German classic often eaten at the Octoberfest festivities, Shnitzel but instead of pork, she used a mushroom called Lion's mane, an exquisite mushroom and ideal for this type of preparations. Her publication is very detailed, with beautiful photos, so she is also part of The Best of the Week.

Below is the transfer made to each wallet, as a modest community recognition, to the extraordinary work done by these content creators
