Hi everyone

Today I bought squids from the fresh market. The price is 170 baht per kilogram, so I made then into a menu Scalded squids with seafood sauce which I made myself. Therefore, the taste as i like.

Ingredients for spicy seafood sauce.

2 tablespoons of fresh chilies
2 tablespoons of Chinese garlic
2-3 coriander roots
5 tablespoons of lime juice
5 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of palm sugar

Procedure

  1. Wash Squids and cut into bite-sized pieces. Set aside to drain.
  2. Pour water into the pot, set on the stove, turn on high heat, wait for the water to boil, put the squids in it. Wait for the water to boil again, then scoop the scalded squids into a colander to drain the water.
  3. Making seafood sauce. Finely chop coriander, garlic, fresh chili, or you can use a blender. Then scoop this mixture into the bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce, and mix well. You will get spicy seafood sauce.
  4. Place the scalded squids on a plate and serve with the seafood sauce.
