In the morning I went to the Fresh market, Which is in the district. There is a big market If I go then I get everything I want. I intend to make Squid stuffed with minced pork and soup, This menu is my daughter's favorite menu.😊 When I get the ingredients that I want. Then returned home to cook for breakfast. The Squid stuffed with minced pork and soup very easy to cooking, Let go to see the ingredients and the process.
Ingredients
Fresh squid 500 grams.
Minced pork 300 grams.
Egg tofu 2 tubes
Shallot 2 tablespoon.
Garlic 2 tablespoons
Green onions 3 tablespoons
Coriander 3 tablespoons
Coriander root 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Fish sauce 2 tablespoons.
Seasonings 1 tablespoon.
Pepper powder 2 teaspoons.
Drinking water 1 liter.
Procedure
- The process begins with choped pork to marinate. I use pork tenderloin. Cut into small pieces and chop. And set aside.
- The next step is to prepare the machine to marinate the minced pork.....Coriander root, Garlic, Pepper powder , pound it thoroughly. Finished, then mixed with the minced pork.
- Put the green onions and coriander in finely sliced, oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning powder into the minced pork. Mash together, Then knead for a moment to make the pork soften. (takes about 20 minutes to marinate.)
- For fresh squid, I took eyes, Squid ink and mouth out and wash with salt water several times to deodorize, Set aside to drain.
- Add the marinated pork into the squid. Chevrons at the body for easy to stuffing.
- Next, pour the water into the soup pot, add salt, shallots, garlic, coriander roots, which are slightly beaten. Set on the stove to boil.
- When the water starts to boil, Put the squid stuffed with minced pork filling into the soup pot. Followed with green onions, coriander and egg tofu. Flavored with fish sauce This is all done.
