Hi everyone

This morning, I made a blueberry cupcake for my child. This recipe is delicious. The texture of the cake is soft and fragrant. My kids love it so I'm sharing the recipe and process of making the cake with everyone.

Ingredients

100 grams of cake flour
80 grams of granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 eggs
20 grams of SP
50 grams of fresh milk
80 grams of rice bran oil
1 teaspoon of Blueberry flavor
Blueberry Filling

Procedure

1. Fresh milk, rice bran oil and blueberry flavor mixed in a cup. Set aside.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together into the mixing bowl. Add sugar and eggs together, turn on medium speed mixer for 2 minutes.
3. Add SP and mix at the highest speed for 6 minutes.
4. Reduce to medium speed Then pour the ingredients prepared in step 1. Slowly pour in a line until it's gone. Then beat the mixture for another 1 minute.
5. Reduce the speed to minimum. Continue mixing for 1 minute.
6. Scoop the dough into the mold. Then put in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes until the cake is cooked.
7. Set aside the cakes on a wire rack. Wait until the cake is cool and poke a hole in the center. Add the blueberry filling to your liking. Sprinkle sugar donuts ready to eat.

สวัสดีค่า วันนี้มีขนมเค้กอร่อยๆ มาฝากเพื่อนๆค่ะ นั่นคือ บลูเบอรี่คัพเค้ก นุ่มและหอมมาก เนื้อเค้กเป็นแบบสปันจ์ เข้าปากแล้วแทบไม่ต้องเคี้ยว เพราะละลายในปากเลยค่ะ

ส่วนผสม

แป้งเค้ก 100 กรัม
น้ำตาลทราย 80 กรัม
เกลือป่น 1/4 ช้อนชา
ผงฟู 1 ช้อนชา
ไข่ไก่เบอร์ 3 ฟอง
Sp 20 กรัม
นมสดรสจืด 50 กรัม
น้ำมันรำข้าว 80 กรัม
กลิ่นบลูเบอรี่​ 1 ช้อนชา
ฟิลลิ่งบลูเบอรี่

ขั้นตอนทำ

1. นมสด น้ำมันรำข้าว และกลิ่นบลูเบอรี่ ผสมลงในถ้วย ตั้งผักไว้
   2.ร่อนแป้ง ผงฟู และ เกลือ รวมกันลงในโถผสม ใส่น้ำตาลทราย ไข่ไก่ ลงไปพร้อมกัน เปิดเครื่องผสมสปีดกลาง 2 นาที
2. ปาด sp ที่หัวตะกร้อ ตีด้วยสปีดสูงสุด 6 นาที
3. ลดความเร็วเป็นสปีดกลาง แล้วเทของเหลวที่เตรียมไว้ในขัอ 1. ค่อยๆเทเป็นสายๆลงไปจนหมด แล้วตีต่ออีก 1 นาที
4. ลดความเร็วเป็นต่ำสุด เพื่อตัดฟองอากาศ ตีผสมต่ออีก1นาที
5. ตักใส่พิมพ์ แล้วเอาเข้าอบ ใช้ไฟบน-ล่าง 175 องศา​เซลเซียส​ 15 - 20 นาที จนขนมสุก
6. ตั้งพักบนตะแกรงจนขนมเย็น แล้วเจาะรูตรงกลางด้วยตะเกียบหรือไม้แหลม ใส่ฟิลลิ่งบลูเบอรี่ลงไปตามชอบ โรยน้ำตาลโดนัท พร้อมทานค่า
