"matapalo" tree / Árbol "matapalo"

Good morning dear friends, I hope you had an excellent day, Today I show you here a trunk of a "Níspero" tree totally embraced by this other tree, Called as "Matapalo" and "Higuerote", This shrub begins its life cycle by the Birds, which deposit their seeds on the bark of the tree and when they germinate, produce green leaves and a root that penetrates the bark and develops internally, they also feed on the embraced tree, acquiring its nutrients through its sap.

It can be very harmful even dry or kill the hugged tree, but as everything has its pros and cons, it also has very good medicinal benefits, the leaves, its bark and stem help wounds, relieves acne and body aches. What I found most interesting is its peculiar way of being born and developing.

Muy buenos dias queridos amigos, Espero que hayan tenido un gran día, Hoy le muestro por acá un tronco de árbol de " Níspero" totalmente abrazado por este otro arbol, Llamado cómo " Matapalo " e "Higuerote", Este arbusto inicia su ciclo de vida por aves, Las cuales depositan sus semillas sobre la corteza del árbol y al germinar producen hojas verdes y una raíz que penetra la corteza y se desarrolla internamente, Además está se alimenta del árbol abrazado adquiriendo sus nutrientes mediante su savia.

Puede ser muy dañina incluso seca o mata al árbol abrazado, Pero como todo tiene su pro y contra, Está también tiene muy buenos beneficios medicinales, Las hojas, Su corteza y tallo ayudan a las heridas, El acné y alivia dolores corporales. Lo que más me pareció interesante es su peculiar forma de nacer y desarrollarse.
