Insider Information When Investing: Is It Possible To Get Rich Quickly?

Privileged information: Is it possible to obtain it?

The reality is that most of us who invest (in any kind of market) would like to have inside information because we know that it is the basis for getting rich very quickly. But is it really feasible to obtain it? And the answer to that is that it is truly unlikely.

Yes, there are people who have become rich overnight simply by obtaining inside information that allowed them to get ahead of events and make the right moves in the market. This is very true, but speaking in percentage terms, the people who have achieved such a feat are actually very few.

Because inside information is not easy to obtain, in fact it is difficult. But in addition, there is also a legality factor in all this. In the stock market, it is unethical and certainly illegal to use inside information to make investments. Still, can we believe that many of those on Wall Street do not use inside information on a daily basis to make huge profits in all their operations? To believe so would be pure naivety.

Large capitals in any market (including the cryptocurrency market) handle privileged information on a daily basis, and take advantage of it to squeeze as much money as possible from them. That is why we must understand that part of the complexity of investments and markets is the fact that we, retail investors, cannot know exactly what will happen, since we do not have privileged information.

Nobody gets rich by snapping fingers

Beyond ethical and legal factors, the reality is that insider information is out of our reach as small investors who have limited financial capital. As investors, our little money simply limits us in the circles of contacts that could give us that kind of advantage.

No one gets rich by snapping fingers, so if that's what you're looking for, forget about it, because most of those who try it usually fail. But this does not mean that we cannot make profit in the market. Cryptocurrencies, real estate, stocks, currencies, or whatever, the point here is that we can make profits if we prepare to analyze the market properly and timely and act accordingly.

Because the normal thing for those of us who do not have privileged information is uncertainty. And to reduce the level of uncertainty, the retail investor usually relies on graph analysis and the interpretation and analysis of news related to the asset that interest it .

The fundamentals to winning in any market are to reduce uncertainty through analysis, and to properly manage our capital. Chart and news analyzes are very useful in reducing uncertainty. But no kind of analysis is going to help us manage our capital if we have not learned how to do it. Nor is it going to give us an investment strategy that we can use to obtain profits in the markets.

But is it possible to become millionaires by investing?

It will depend on the market we are in, how we manage our capital, the strategy we have, the quality of the analyzes we do and our tenacity, but yes, it is possible to obtain wealth by investing in the market, especially in the market of cryptocurrencies.

I have said it before and I will say it again, BITCOIN, HIVE and LEO are my favorite cryptocurrencies on the market. I sincerely believe that with these cryptocurrencies I will become rich one day. Although it is a gradual process that will not suddenly happen, the fact that by investing in them are giving me profits bodes well to ensure this.

The thing is that I think that for the purposes of our peace of mind and to maintain better judgment in the market, it is best not to aspire to quick wealth in all of this. Because to maintain objectivity in what we do, it is important to remain calm, and this will never be achieved if we think and act thinking that each investment may or may not turn us into millionaires.

The cryptocurrency market: one day at a time

Speaking specifically of the crypto market, although we can and should make projections, the best and healthiest thing is to live each day at a time, without higher expectations. Understanding that the market is unpredictable and will do what it wants minute by minute. So what we must do is adapt to the current and not swim against it.

We must understand that, if we do things well, wealth will come to us even if we do not have privileged information. Yes, that's right, money will come to us one day, but we should not obsess over it.
