Un Hermoso Día Para preparar unas Sabrosas Cachapas en Casa.🙏🥰❤️🙏

Muy agradecida de Dios que ya las cosechas se están dando luego de un arduo trabajo,hoy ya comenzamos a preparar las cachapas con estás mazorcas aptas para eso,unas tiernas y otras más duras no tanto para que pueda tener consistencia la masa. Yo desgrane unas cuántas mazorcas de un saco que mi esposo trajo a casa,luego las coloqué en un envase y fui poco a poco moliendo en la licuadora con cuidado no se me fuera a dañar,pero el maíz estaba muy bueno para moler así.

Ya con la masa le coloque mantequilla,sal y azúcar ,prendí el fuego y en una sartén coloque un poco de aceite y un te toda la sartén y cuando estuvo muy caliente con un cucharón verti una cantidad de la masa y estire en la sartén con el mismo cucharón,así seguí hasta terminar toda la mezcla,luego les agregué mantequilla y un poco de queso rallado porque guayanés hoy no encontré.

I'm so grateful to God that the harvest is finally coming in after all that hard work. Today we started making cachapas with these corn cobs, which are perfect for it. Some are tender, and others are a bit harder, but not too firm, so the dough has the right consistency. I removed the kernels from a sack my husband brought home, then put them in a container and slowly ground them in the blender, being careful not to damage them. The corn was perfect for grinding that way.

Once I had the dough, I added butter, salt, and sugar. I turned on the stove and put a little oil in a pan, coating the entire pan. When it was very hot, I poured some of the dough into the pan with a ladle and spread it out. I continued like this until all the batter was used. Then I added butter and a little grated cheese because I couldn't find Guayanés cheese today.
