Abundance.Tribe's BiWeekly Question - What's The Hardest Truth You Have Learned!

avatar

The hardest truth i have learned is "No one is above mistake" really I see this as truty, because mistakes is something that occur in our day today activities, mistakes is something we have to be aware of, so that it will not retard our achievement.

No one is above mistakes as it happens without us knowing it will happen, so for not to make mistake, one need to be diligent in his or her way of operations.

Proper management should be put in place to keep things in order and not deviate when not necessarily importance.

Carefulness should always be the order of the day and not do anyhow so as not to stop your target in the day.

When diligent is put to work, I know such activities would be hard and difficult to manage but at the end, the results gotten will be more than what you put in as you will derived so much satisfaction from it.

When I was working in a bread factory, I could remember once when I mistakenly hit the flower's pan and it hit the waterproof that was in front of it,

I was scared that my Boss is going to punish me for what I did, but he didn't, rather, when he came to the room and saw that someone has messed things up.

He called out to the nearest workers, since our unit head was not around, he asked.

why is the room so unclean?

Of which they told him that I messed things up by hitting the flower's pan and pour the flowers in there and not only that, the flower's pan now broke the waterproof in front it.

The Boss, didn't said anything, he just called me, I was so terrified, yet not knowing, the Manager was an intelligent man, he said!

please always be careful, you know you are part of this firm and all of us here matters a lot, as far as this firm is concerned, let try and operate in safety and spoil things for the sake of all of us.

That was all he said, he didn't said other than that, because he knew that no one is above mistake, he had experience before, and he was working and managing us through that vain, it was a lesson to me too.

How one can pardon for something that deserve punishment and it did not took it aggressive, even if what was involved was too much, he still shows mercy and forget about annoyance.

Being nice and merciful is always the biggest point of achievement, because all the workers knows how the managers always reacts in some bad pleasant circumstances, we were all behaving and operating gentle.

We refuse to make him sad in any way, we make sure that he is happy whenever he comes around by showing him productivity and goodswill.

He was so happy and he always took us out on Saturday, for refreshments, that is if you are willing to go, I really enjoyed my work by then as a worker in a bread factory.

With the way the manager Operate with us make me realize that no one is above mistake.

Which is the hardest truth I have learned.

"No one is above mistake"

Yes! This is 100% true. And I love making mistakes! @ryzeonline always says "Whoever is wrong first, wins".

Because he knows making a mistake or being wrong means you can fix it. You can immediately pivot and change and learn from the mistake.

I'm glad you learned such an important lesson too.
nice post.

Much love,
Cyn
