RECETA - "No pollo empanado"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? Cuando decidí dar el paso y ser vegana, pensé que tenía que encontrar la forma de hacer filetes de empanados sin usar nada de origen animal y ¡walá! Lo conseguí, además realmente es el mismo sabor exacto. ¿Queréis saber como se hace?




INGREDIENTES

  • Heura (no pollo vegano)
  • Sustituto para huevo vegg (o harina de garbanzo con agua)
  • Pan rallado


  • Simplemente pasamos los trozos de heura por el no huevo y el pan rallado
  • Luego vamos friendo en la sartén con aceite, sino también se pueden hacer al horno, aunque a mi me gusta más como queda en la sartén.
