Mushroom Monday-King Alfred's Cake "Daldinia concentrica"
Hi fungilovers..
I'm very happy now that I can be back with you all, namely to jointly display the results of our mushroom search in our respective places.
And on my search today I managed to find a type of mushroom resembling a lump of coal, which because of its shape so many names have been given to this type of mushroom including coal mushroom and also carbon ball mushroom.
In the fungus Daldinia concentrica we often see
Many types of insects and other small animals are around this mushroom, it turns out that after we take a closer look at the small insects that make a home in the mushroom.
This type of mushroom is not suitable and should not be consumed by humans.
Maybe that's some pictures of mushrooms I searched today, I hope you all like it, thank you I say for those of you who have supported and visited me.
Don't forget to also say my special greetings to the moderators of the fungilovers community @qwerrie, @bambuka @sketch.and.jam who have worked hard and also provided brilliant ideas for the progress of this community, success is always for all of you.
If you cut these in half there are interesting concentric rings in them.
I really didn't realize that, thank you @sketch.and.jam.
Their latin name gives a clue on the concentric rings concentrica.
