Hello Pukumundo Family!
It feels good to be here again with you all. In line with the theme for this week “The Singing Voice”, I will be singing an amazing song from the rock genre known as “Go Your Own Way” by the amazing rock band “Fleetwood Mac”.
This British-American rock band was formed in London in 1967. The band's classic line-up was Peter Green (guitarist), Mick Fleetwood (drummer), Jeremy Spencer (guitarist), and John McVie later joined. A few other artists such as Danny Kirwan (guitarist), and Christine Perfect (keyboardist and vocalist) joined a year later.
The band started out as a British Blues band that evolved into a greatly popular Anglo-American pop-rock group. Their album “Rumours” was one of the biggest-selling albums of all time. Today, I would be singing a song from this album.
This song talks about the breakup between two couples in the band. Luckily, they channeled their resentment into the songs on the album as the Rumour album was being recorded around this time. So basically the couples used that song as a message to each other and it was not a very nice one at that.

Se siente bien estar aquí de nuevo con todos ustedes. En línea con el tema de esta semana "La voz cantante", voy a cantar una increíble canción del género rock conocida como "Go Your Own Way" de la increíble banda de rock "Fleetwood Mac".
Este grupo de rock británico-estadounidense se formó en Londres en 1967. La formación clásica de la banda era Peter Green (guitarrista), Mick Fleetwood (batería), Jeremy Spencer (guitarrista), y más tarde se incorporó John McVie. Algunos otros artistas como Danny Kirwan (guitarrista), y Christine Perfect (teclista y vocalista) se unieron un año después.
