Build and battle

Nehemiah. Cap 4.V16 “From that day on, half of my servants worked on the construction site, and the other half had spears, shields, bows and armor; and behind them were the heads of the whole house of Judah.” In other words, they had in one hand the tools for the work and in the other the weapons for the battle. Building and battling at the same time. This is how a genuine church of the Lord should be. There are churches that are afraid to speak against sin, against evil, against perversions and abominations of any kind, they do not want to hurt anyone's feelings and trying to please everyone, they end up pleasing the devil more than God. Other churches, on the other hand, fight and fight and attack everyone and everything. They are extremists and fanatics and although it is a good thing, when it is taken to the extreme of fanaticism it becomes totally bad.
In the church there must be balance, building and battling, the sword in one hand and the work tool in the other. The church must not be negative or extremist; but neither is an accommodating church, trying to please everyone but God. The church must preach and teach the whole counsel of God, that is, what the Scriptures say and teach. And not what men for personal interests, which are generally financial, teach and preach.

Buen día amigos que el señor les bendiga en este nuevo día, una vez más tengo el agrado de compartir con ustedes este pequeño post siguiendo la temática de los días anteriores hoy una vez más comparto un nuevo consejo o guía por así decirlo que nos dejó Nehemías para las futuras generaciones, consejos que nos da para contrarrestar las diferentes maneras que el enemigo tiene para que no avancemos en la obra del Señor. hoy veremos "construir y batallar" quizás parece algo difícil de hacer o muchos dirán o una cosa o la otra bueno veamos qué es lo que hizo nehemías en esta historia.

Construir y batallar

Nehemias. Cap 4.V16 “Desde aquel día la mitad de mis siervos trabajaba en la obra, y la otra mitad tenia lanzas, escudos, arcos y corazas; y detrás de ellos estaban los jefes de toda la casa de Judá”. En otras palabras tenían en una mano las herramientas para la obra y en la otra las armas para la batalla. Construyendo y batallando al mismo tiempo. Así debe ser una genuina iglesia del Señor. Hay iglesias que tienen temor de hablar contra el pecado, contra lo malévolo, contra las perversiones y abominaciones de cualquier tipo, no quieren herir los sentimientos de nadie y tratando de complacer a todos, terminan por complacer al diablo más que a Dios. Otras iglesias en cambio, pelean y pelean y atacan a todos y a todo. Son extremistas y fanáticas y aunque sea una cosa buena, cuando se la lleva al extremo del fanatismo se vuelve totalmente mala.
En la iglesia debe haber balance, construyendo y batallando, la espada en una mano y la herramienta de trabajo en la otra. La iglesia no debe ser negativa o extremista; pero tampoco una iglesia acomodaticia, tratando de complacer a todos menos a Dios. La iglesia debe predicar y enseñar todo el consejo de Dios, o sea, lo que las Escrituras dicen y enseñan. Y no lo que los hombres por intereses personales, que generalmente son financieros, enseñan y predican.
