Al iniciar cualquier proyecto todos lo hacemos pensando y queriendo tener el éxito, eso es algo totalmente normal, sin embargo, podemos ver a lo largo del tiempo que muchos están presentes en periodos cortos porque finalmente la idea no resultó.

When starting any project we all do it thinking and wanting to succeed, that is something totally normal, however, we can see over time that many are present in short periods because finally the idea did not work out.

¿Habrá alguna fórmula para lograr el éxito?, desconozco si hay algo patentado, algo fijo, unos procedimientos que se pudieran seguir al pie de la letra y con eso garantizarte que obtendrás el éxito.

I don't know if there is a formula to achieve success, I don't know if there is something patented, something fixed, some procedures that could be followed to the letter and with that guarantee that you will be successful.

Entiendo también que pueden existir dos escenarios, la persona que se ha preparado antes de iniciar algún emprendimiento y obviamente este tendrá herramientas y ventaja sobre la persona que desconoce totalmente todo acerca de cómo emprender. La lógica índica que deberíamos tener un conocimiento mínimo, sin embargo, en la práctica o en la realidad, te encuentras con todo lo contrario, sobre todo en nuestro país 🇻🇪 porque aquí muchos han tenido que iniciar algún proyecto de manera abrupta y bajo el fin inmediato de generar ingresos extras por la situación atípica que se vive.

I also understand that there can be two scenarios, the person who has prepared himself before starting a business and obviously he will have tools and advantage over the person who does not know anything about how to start a business. Logic indicates that we should have a minimum knowledge, however, in practice or in reality, you find the opposite, especially in our country 🇻🇪 because here many have had to start a project abruptly and with the immediate purpose of generating extra income due to the atypical situation we live in.

Sobre el tema del éxito yo creo que hay muchos caminos que te conducen a Roma, no necesariamente uno, y esto lo creo porque el éxito tendrá un significado diferente para cada proyecto, porque dependerá de lo que el emprendedor se trace en diferentes periodos de tiempo. Entonces aquí por ejemplo podrás ver variedad de opciones.

Yo recuerdo mi inicio, fue fugaz. Llegó la idea, tardé días para convencerme y una vez que me convencí me monte en arrancar. Yo soy así, un pujito cuando yo estoy segura de lo que quiero arranco, no me gusta perder tiempo, me pongo ansiosa si los días pasan y yo estoy en stop. Para ese momento yo no pensaba en nada, no tenía objetivos planteados nada, yo estaba en un idilio, como cuando te enamoras por primera vez que sientes mariposas en el estómago, bueno así estaba yo con la idea muy emocionada y no veía más allá. Ok, inicie, abrí la tienda en línea, pero no sabía cómo crear comunidad ni que hacer para dar a conocer el producto. Empezó el trabajo duro, un año de darle, buscar, leer, preguntar, en fin.

Me caracteriza algo, La perseverancia y esto es clave para el éxito, no lo sabía hasta ahora. Luego de 6 años entiendo la importancia que tiene la perseverancia en un proyecto, independientemente si tienes o no algún conocimiento teórico sobre cómo emprender en general. Yo así como soy de pujito una vez que me comprometo con algo no lo abandono, no acostumbro a dejar cosas a medias. Y hoy siendo adulta y teniendo madurez les digo, esto es sumamente importante para los negocios y la vida en general. No dejen nada a medias, concluyan y cierren es lo mejor que pueden hacer.

After 6 years I understand the importance of perseverance in a project, regardless of whether or not you have some theoretical knowledge about entrepreneurship in general. As I am a little pushy, once I commit myself to something I do not abandon it, I am not used to leave things half done. And today being an adult and having maturity I tell you, this is extremely important for business and life in general. Do not leave anything half done, conclude and close is the best thing you can do.

La persona que es perseverante siempre tendrá alternativas ante cualquier obstáculo, buscará opciones, no desmayara. Conozco muchas personas con habilidades y talentosas, sin embargo, no son perseverantes.

The person who is perseverant will always have alternatives to any obstacle, will look for options, will not give up. I know many people with skills and talents, however, they are not persevering.

En mi país no había costumbre de consumir producción nacional, sin embargo, debido a la última crisis que atravesamos esta fue una solución, peeerrooo actualmente estamos viendo nuevamente productos importados y esto en mi caso me obliga a trabajar duro para posicionar la marca y lograr que prevalezca en el tiempo, entonces ese es mi objetivo inmediato en este momento hacia allá van mis estrategias cuanto tiempo me costará no lo sé, lo que tengo claro es que en este momento las finanzas no serán las mejores así que mi métrica no será el dinero por los momentos mi métrica será el crecimiento de mi comunidad y finalmente ese es mi éxito en esta etapa. Esto requerirá de mi parte un exceso de perseverancia.

Todo proyecto puede pasar por cambios, transformaciones y eso no está mal. Para mí eso es un éxito porque te adaptas y tener esa capacidad o que el emprendedor entienda que eso se debe hacer, es un éxito total porque estás garantizando perdurabilidad, bueno para mí eso es el éxito 😂 para mí una marca es algo indeleble para siempre. Puedo yo no existir, pero la marca queda eternamente.

Every project can go through changes, transformations and that is not bad. For me that is a success because you adapt and having that ability or that the entrepreneur understands that this must be done, is a total success because you are guaranteeing durability, well for me that is success 😂 for me a brand is something indelible forever. I may not exist, but the brand remains forever.

Por cierto, ¿se acuerdan de la marca de leche Parmalat?, esa que hace décadas tuvo un comercial de TV con una canción que fue un hit jajaja de los animalitos, que a su vez tenían una colección de estos animalitos que venían dentro del pote de leche. Bueno, hace semanas vi en el supermercado una bolsa de esa leche con la imagen gigante de un bebé disfrazado de animalito. Es decir, volvieron la imagen de aquellos años porque fue un impacto total, esa marca dudo que desaparezca y la referencia serán esos bebés disfrazados de animalitos.

Este fin de semana en mi ciudad cierra con un éxito por más de 10 años y a casa llena un restaurante de comida mexicana. Increíble todas las personas fueron a comer por última vez, como dijo una compañera el yeyo colectivo en Maracaibo, jajaja creo que esta es la métrica de éxito más inusual que yo haya visto.

This weekend in my city a Mexican food restaurant closed with a success for more than 10 years and a full house. Incredible all the people went to eat for the last time, as a colleague said the collective yeyo in Maracaibo, hahaha I think this is the most unusual metric of success that I have seen.
