Makeup in pastel shades || Purple 💜 + Yellow 💛

Los primeros días del año han pasado un poco rápido, así lo he sentido.

Para este año una de las metas que me propuse es ser constante en el blog y generar contenido variado.

Tenía mucho tiempo sin publicar por aquí, aunque me gusta el maquillaje no es mi fuerte. Invierto tiempo consumiendo contenido, me encanta ver videos de técnicas de maquillaje sin embargo cuando me maquillo los resultados son muy diferentes a lo esperado.

I had a long time without posting here, although I like makeup is not my forte. I spend time consuming content, I love to watch videos of makeup techniques but when I do my makeup the results are very different from what I expected.

Para este año tengo la disposición de intentar las veces que sean necesarias y hacer las pases conmigo misma y aunque no me gusten algunas características o facciones de mi rostro aprenderé técnicas que me permitan mejorar y hacer maquillajes bonitos y aceptables.

For this year I am willing to try as many times as necessary and make the passes with myself and even if I don't like some features or factions of my face I learn techniques that will allow me to improve and make beautiful and acceptable makeup.

Hoy compartiré un maquillaje en tonos pasteles || Morado + Amarillo.

Today I will share a makeup in pastel tones: purple + yellow.

Con el rostro limpio y humectado inicié perfilando las cejas, utilizo un creyon y relleno con sombra para cejas aplicándola con un pincel pequeño y fino. Para finalizar limpio el exceso con un cepillo para cejas.

With the face clean and moisturized I start by outlining the eyebrows, I use a creyon and fill in with eyebrow shadow applying it with a small fine brush. To finish I clean the excess with an eyebrow brush.

Para preparar los párpados coloco un corrector un poco más claro que mi tono de piel lo difumino bien y sello con polvo suelto.

To prepare the eyelids I apply a concealer a little lighter than my skin tone, blend it well and seal with loose powder.

Con el pincel para difuminar aplicó un poco de sombra morada, desde la esquina exterior del ojo hasta la mitad aproximadamente, con el pincel hago movimientos horizontales con el fin de difuminar bien la sombra. Luego aplicó sombra amarilla desde el inicio del ojo hasta la mitad igual con movimientos horizontales para que la sombra quede bien difuminada.

With the blending brush I applied some purple shadow, from the outer corner of the eye to the middle of the eye approximately, with the brush I make horizontal movements in order to blend the shadow well. Then I applied yellow shadow from the beginning of the eye to the middle of the eye with horizontal movements so that the shadow is well blended.

Luego aplique sombras satinadas en los mismos tonos que utilice de base morada y amarilla, y con movimientos sutiles logré que quedarán bien distribuidas. Ya en este paso me di cuenta que las sombras pigmentan bien, tenía dudas ya que como son tonos pasteles y mi piel es morena pensé que no se apreciarían.

Then I applied satin shadows in the same tones I used for the purple and yellow base, and with subtle movements I made sure they were well distributed. At this step I realized that the shadows pigmented well, I had doubts because they are pastel tones and my skin is dark I thought they would not be appreciated.

Este look lleva los mismos tonos en la parte inferior del ojo, por lo que aproveche de hacer el rostro. Aplique corrector en ojeras y luego base. Con ayuda de una brocha y esponja extendí por todo el rostro hasta el cuello, posterior sellé con polvo suelto. Y finalmente aplique las sombras bases morado y amarillo en la parte inferior de los ojos y finalmente los tonos satinados.

This look has the same tones on the lower part of the eye, so take advantage of doing the face. I applied concealer under the eyes and then foundation. With the help of a brush and sponge I spread it all over the face up to the neck, then I sealed it with loose powder. And finally I applied the purple and yellow base shadows on the lower part of the eyes and finally the satin shades.

Con un creyon marrón hice un delineado en la parte inferior del ojo. Desde el extremo hasta la mitad aproximadamente. No me hago el delineado completo ya que busco que el ojo se vea grande porque tengo párpados caídos. Con el mismo creyon hice un delineado muy fino desde el inicio del ojo hasta llegar a la mitad aproximadamente. En la parte del lagrimal trato de extender un poco el delineado, esto con la finalidad de que el ojo luzca más grande y alargado.

With a brown creyon I outlined the lower part of the eye. From the end to the middle approximately. I don't do the full eyeliner because I want the eye to look big because I have droopy eyelids. With the same creyon I did a very thin eyeliner from the beginning of the eye to the middle of the eye. I try to extend the eyeliner a little bit in the part of the eyelid, this is to make the eye look bigger and longer.

Para este maquillaje no me coloque pestañas ya que he notado que me molestan, debo cambiar la pega que al parecer me produce molestias.

For this makeup I did not apply eyelashes because I have noticed that they bother me, I have to change the glue that apparently causes me discomfort.

Utilice máscara para dar volumen me aplique en las pestañas y de inmediato me coloqué el rizador por unos segundos, luego me volví aplicar máscara en este caso una que las alarga y hace un efecto dramático y volví a colocarme el rizador, el resultado me gustó ❤️

I used mascara to give volume I applied on my eyelashes and immediately I placed the curler for a few seconds, then I reapplied mascara in this case one that lengthens them and makes a dramatic effect and I returned to place the curler, the result I liked ❤️

Para finalizar, con una brocha mediana me coloque Bronzer. Luego aplique iluminador en todo el perfil de la nariz para que luzca perfilada y en los labios me coloque un tono rosado pastel.

To finish, with a medium brush I applied Bronzer. Then I applied highlighter all over the nose profile to make it look outlined and on my lips I applied a pastel pink tone.

Finalmente así luce este maquillaje en tonos pasteles.
