You know, the moment when you say you're flying above the clouds, I'm talking about the moment when you've reached that point. You are in a good mood, happiness is in your heart. I would like to tell you about a luxury hotel that can make you experience these moments. Leaving unforgettable memories for holidaymakers, Sunis Hotels is a luxury hotel that has taken care of all the details for a comfortable stay.

In fact, all-inclusive accommodation types in five-star luxury hotels do not appeal to me very much. Even if I were a very rich person, I would not choose to stay in such hotels. The most important feature that distinguishes Sunis Hotel from others is that it gives the feeling of offering a special privilege to every customer receiving service. It doesn't matter who you are, where you come from or what service you use, you feel privileged. Sunis Hotels is one of the five-star luxury hotels by the sea, located right in the center of Antalya. I benefit from the sports services of this hotel. This sport includes spa, sauna, fitness, outdoor and indoor pool services. At the same time, various sports events are organized as group lessons on certain days and hours. Those who come for sports can also benefit from all the social activities of the hotel. These include services such as game halls, playgrounds for children and sunbathing in green areas.

I have been using the sports services of this hotel for about a year. The hotel stands out with its interesting architectural structure covered in white stone walls by the sea in the region called Antalya Konyaaltı district. When you enter, you see the seating areas, which are all white and extremely comfortable, highlighting convenience and comfort. Its ceiling is a long space, with lighting in the form of a round silver ball in the middle. On each floor of the ceiling, there are tree ornaments that look like small orange trees, lined up side by side. There are long tables facing each other on the side of the seating area at the entrance, and in front of them are areas where guests can serve drinks and snacks. There are wide, flat roads with orange and tangerine trees around the hotel. These roads provide access to some parts of the hotel.

The hotel has two pools. The outdoor pool is larger and more useful than the indoor one. Starting from March, the outdoor pool gets very crowded. The pool is surrounded by green areas and palm trees. Guests can place their sun loungers by the pool or in the green areas to sunbathe. You can reach the tennis court and the public beach by building passageways made of old stones between the green areas around the pool. There is a separate section on the top floor of the hotel for special occasions and celebrations. You can climb here in a romantic atmosphere with the flowery staircase made of lush green vines.

The hotel's rooms are very spacious and painted white everywhere. Even the balconies of the rooms have double beds. The rooms overlook the sea and the outdoor pool. The rooms, relaxation areas and entertainment halls have been beautifully designed, with a service approach that exceeds the expectations of the guests.

Those who stay at the hotel are satisfied with the services offered by the hotel, as well as enjoying the natural beauty around them. They seem to have taken customer satisfaction to the highest levels with their perfect service quality. In case of the slightest problem within the hotel, they intervene immediately and try to solve the problem. For example; There was a problem with the temperature values in the sauna room in the sports section. In order to prevent customers from suffering and complaints, the temperature problem of the room was resolved by the technical service in a short time.

Every time I come to this hotel, I encounter a hard-working staff who provides every kind of service perfectly. This makes me feel like I am a privileged customer. I can say that Hotel Sunis provides a service above the standards to its customers by closely following the developing technology in the tourism sector.

Sunis Hotels, Antalya'nın tam merkezine konumlandırılmış, deniz kenarındaki beş yıldızlı lüks otellerden biridir. Ben bu hotelin spor hizmetlerinden faydalanıyorum. Bu sporun içinde, spa, sauna, fitness açık ve kapalı havuz hizmetleri yer alıyor. Aynı zamanda belirli gün ve saatlerde grup dersleri olarak çeşitli spor etkinlikleri düzenleniyor. Spora gelenler, otelin tüm sosyal etkinlerinden de faydalanabiliyorlar. Bunların arasında oyun salonları, çocuklar için oyun parkları ve yeşil alanlarda güneşlenme gibi hizmetler de yer alıyor.

Yaklaşık bir yıldır bu otelin spor hizmetlerinden faydalanıyorum. Hotel, Antalya Konyaaltı ilçesi varyant olarak adlandırılan bölgede deniz kenarında beyaz taş duvarlara bürünmüş ilginç mimari yapısıyla göze çarpıyor. İçeri girdiğinizde, rahatlık ve konforu ön plana çıkaran, tamamı beyaz renkten oluşan ve son derece rahat ettiren oturma alanlarını görüyorsunuz. Tavanı uzun bir boşluk olup, ortasında yuvarlık gümüş renkli top şeklinde aydınlatmaları var. Uzanan tavanda her katında, sırayla yan yana dizilmiş, küçük portakal ağacı görünümde ağaç süsleri yer alıyor. Girişteki oturma alanının yan tarafında karşılıklı olarak uzun masalar ve onların önünde misafirlerin alabilecekleri, içecek ve atıştırmalık servis alanları bulunuyor. Hotelin çevresinde portakal ve mandalina ağaçlarının olduğu düz geniş yollar var. Bu yollardan otelin bazı bölümlerine geçişler sağlanıyor.

Hotelin iki adet havuzu var. Açık olan havuz, kapalıya göre daha geniş ve daha kullanışlıdır. Mart ayından itibaren, açık havuz çok kalabalık oluyor. Havuzun etrafı yeşil alanlarla ve palmiye ağaçlarıyla çevrilidir. Gelen misafirler şezlonglarını havuzun başına, isteyen de yeşil alanlara koyarak güneşlenebiliyor. Yine havuzun çevresindeki, yeşil alanların arasına eski taşlardan oluşan geçiş yolları yaparak, tenis kortuna ve halk plajına ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Özel günler ve kutlama için Hotelin en üst katında ayrı bir bölüm var. Buraya da yemyeşil sarmaşıklardan oluşan çiçekli merdivenle romantik bir havada çıkıyorsunuz.

Hotelin, odaları çok geniş ve her taraf beyaz renkle boyanmış durumdadır. Odaların balkonlarına bile çift kişilik yataklar konulmuş. Odalar, denize ve açık havuza bakıyor. Gelen misafirlerin beklentilerinden çok üstün bir hizmet anlayışıyla, hazırlanmış olan odalar, dinlenme alanları ve eğlence salonları çok güzel dizayn edilmiş.

Hotel de konaklayanlar, işletmenin sunmuş olduğu hizmetlerden, memnum kaldıkları gibi, etrafındaki doğal güzelliklerinde keyfini de çıkarıyorlar. Kusursuz hizmet kalitesiyle, müşteri memnuniyetini en üst seviyelere taşımış görünüyorlar. Hotel içindeki en ufak bir aksaklıkta anında müdahale ederek, sorunu çözmeye çalışıyorlar. Örneğin; spor bölümünde sauna odasında sıcaklık değerleriyle ilgili bir sorun oluşmuştu. Müşterilerinin mağdur olmaması ve şikayet oluşmaması adına, odanın sıcaklık problemi, teknik servis tarafından kısa zamanda hemen giderildi.

Bu hotele her gelişimde, her türlü hizmeti kusursuz sağlayan çalışkan bir personelle karşılaşıyorum. Bu durum bana ayrıcalıklı bir müşteriyim hissi uyandırıyor. Hotel Sunis, turizm sektöründe gelişen teknolojiyi yakından takip ederek, müşterilerine standartların üstünde bir hizmet sağladığını söyleyebilirim.
