In Antalya, the city where I live, we are experiencing the hottest and most humid days of the summer season. Antalya's Muratpaşa Municipality has opened new beaches in a few areas of the cliffs, which are called natural wonders, where the Mediterranean meets the deep blue sea. The name of one of those beaches is İnciraltı Beach. The beach is located on the edge of the cliffs at the edge of the park called Erdal İnönü. Before going down to the beach, there is an establishment called Tapas in the park. This business is mentioned by the minibus at the entrance, which has become a symbol for the people of Antalya. Most locals living in this neighborhood describe it as a cafe with a colorful minibus.

Starting from Konyaaltı beach, there are beaches, businesses and observation terraces where you can watch the beautiful sea view on the cliffs that continue along the coastline of the Lara region. İnciraltı beach is considered one of the most popular and lively areas. There is a fee for the entrance to the beach, which is renewed every year. Only 50 TL per person is charged for umbrellas and sunbeds. Since it is a municipal beach, the price is reasonable.

The beach is built on a large piece of rock on top of the cliffs. They tried to provide space to step onto the light blue iron and wood rocks and swim. One of the features of this beach, which brings us together with the clean and deep blue waters of the Mediterranean, is that fresh hot bagels and pastries are served every day. There is a nice establishment right next to the beach. Food, beverage, sunbed and umbrella services are provided here.

The beach is accessed from two places. Those who want to go downhill using the blue iron-clad stairs, accompanied by a beautiful view. Or you can go down to the beach with the four-person elevator that the municipality has done. The beach looks like an introverted cave on the cliffs under the cliffs on the shore of the sea. When the waves crashing on the rocks are very strong, the sunbeds even wet the sunbathers.

There are three changing room cabins to the right and left of the beach. they made a blue non-slip carpet flooring to prevent the wooden floor from slipping. The sea is entered from two different places. You have to wait a bit because the entrances are small and narrow. But when you lay your towel on the sun loungers and lie down against the sea, you fall in love with the sparkle of that deep blue sea and relax by listening to the sound of the waves.

Yaşadığım şehir Antalya'da yaz mevsiminin en sıcak ve en nemli günlerini yaşıyoruz. Antalya'nın Muratpaşa Belediyesi, doğa harikası olarak tabir edilen falezlerin, Akdeniz'in masmavi denizle buluştuğu bir kaç alanına yeni yeni plajlar açtılar. İşte o plajlardan birinin adı da İnciraltı plajıdır. Plaja, Erdal İnönü adı verilen parkın kenarındaki falezlerin kıyısında bulunuyor. Plaja inmeden önce, parkın içinde Tapas adı verilen bir işletme bulunuyor. Bu işletmenin Antalyalılar için sembol haline gelmiş olan girişteki minibüs ile anılıyor. Bu semtte oturan çoğu yerli halk burayı tarif ederken renkli minibüsle kafe olarak bahsediyor.

Konyaaltı plajından başlayarak, Lara bölgesini kıyı şeridi boyunca devam eden falezlerin üstünde plajlar, işletmeler ve güzel deniz manzarasını izleyebileceğiniz seyir terasları bulunuyor. İnciraltı plajı, en popüler ve en hareketli bölgelerden biri sayılır. Her yıl yenilenen plaja girişlerde ücretlidir. Sadece şemsiye ve şezlong ücreti olarak kişi başı 50 TL alınıyor. Belediyeye ait bir plaj olduğu için fiyat makul tutulmuş.

Plaj, falezlerin üstündeki büyük bir kaya parçasının üstüne kurulmuş. Açık mavi demirden ve ahşaptan kayaların üstüne adım atacak ve denize girilecek alan sağlamaya çalışmışlar. Akdeniz'in tertemiz ve masmavi sularıyla bizleri buluşturan bu plajın bir özelliği de her gün taze sıcak simit ve poğaça servisinin yapılıyor olmasıdır. Plajın hemen yanında güzel bir işletme yer alıyor. Burada yiyecek, içecek, şezlong ve şemsiye hizmetleri veriliyor.

Plaja, iki yerden giriş yapılıyor. İsteyen tamamen yokuş aşağı mavi demir kaplı merdivenleri kullanarak güzel manzara eşliğinde aşağıya iniyor. Ya da belediyenin yapmış olduğunu dört kişilik asansör sayesinde plaja iniliyor. Plaj, denizin kıyısında falezlerin altındaki kayalıklarda içe dönük mağara şeklinde görünüyor. Kayalara çarpan dalgalar çok şiddetli olduğunda şezlong da güneşlenen kişileri bile ıslatıyor.

Plajın sağında ve solunda üç adet soyunma odası kabinleri var. ahşap zeminin kaymaması için mavi kaydırmaz halı döşemesi yapmışlar. Denize iki ayrı yerden giriliyor. Girişler küçük ve dar olduğu için biraz beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ama havlunuzu şezlongların üstüne serip denize karşı uzandığınızda o masmavi denizin ışıltısına aşık olup, dalgaların sesini dinleyerek rahatlıyorsunuz.
