I could never think that squirrels would challenge an Egyptian goose.
Look at the strange head of the goose in the photo above, it looks suspiciously like a squirrel to me :)
As some of you know, we have the new squirrel couple here that I once thought were twins. They are in fact a loving couple that grew up together and they think that they own the garden.
We have now named them Bonnie and Clyde and you will see Clyde taking on Sally the Egyptian goose about ownership.
If you look carefully here below, you will see Bonnie sitting on a tree stump behind Sally's head and Clive was digging below a succulent plant for a peanut at the left.
So the fun started.
First the inevitable face off. Now watch the battle below.
And here's the winners, as they would not give up their space.
Finally Sally walked off moaning and she didn't look happy at all.
Now Harry the warrior is Sally's husband and he was not here today.
But let me tell you that whenever Harry lands in the garden all living beings including the squirrels scatter out of the garden.
Sally only threatens, but Harry attacks and all fear his bite.
The moral of the story here is this.
Even the weak, if they are clever, can outwit impossible powers.
The squirrels have shown us here how quick thinking and bravery can conquer. So let all of us fight on in this life.

Hahaha, yes and I am the same. Mistakes are plenty in my life as I am a very trusting soul and when I am busy with something and some fellow screw it up my temper get's the better of me.

Yep, we were just as astounded and the babies will be born in winter. We get a new batch of youngsters every year and our small ones now are starting to molt, as they are over 4 months old.
