Early morning birds today.

Always fun here to rise at 5am and to spend he morning outside.

The sun was rising and I had a goose sitting on a streetlamp when his friend, a dove was taking off from our roof.

Oops...now don't laugh. As I had to jump up to do something urgent and by mistake I seem to have posted this post with only one written line. I can't blame it on age, as in my eyes it is sheer stupidity.
But such is life as there has to be stupid people also. And I am one of them. Hahahaha

This is the before picture and I thought that the dove taking off would make a better tag picture.

The sun was busy rising and it cast a lovely reflection on the streetlamp glass.

Seeing as his friend was gone, the goose also decided to depart.

Looks like 6 geese that came over here on their way to their foraging field.

Always lovely to watch nature come alive in the midst of bird choruses all around. The start of the new day is a very special time as it leads to excellent meditation and prayer time. And blending in with the birdsong makes it so much more special.
We only made it to bed early this morning at 1:30am and I was up again at 5am. Which is never a good thing, but one must do what one must do.
We hope you have enjoyed the post and we wish all of you a great Tuesday.

And That's All Friends.

I would get up easily with you at 5am to enjoy the beginning the new day, but I would let you alone stay up till 1:30. 1:30 would even be a time for me to get up for a sunrise hike in Summer 😉

I like the shotwhere the goose takes off the street lamp most ... the glass of the lamp looks like a huge water drop 😃

Up with the birds at the crack of dawn to capture some enjoyable photography, sun through glass of light does add a little something with goose taking off.

Late nights not so great when you normally rise early, take care!

My aim was to catch the refection of the sun Lady Joan and later it was even more, but the goose was gone.

Oh yes, we had to play the peacemaker role in some family fights last night and I feel like a zombie now while typing this hahaha.

Nothing worse than feeling like a zombie after a hard days night....

Sun reflection, birds and life to balance out into some semblance of normal.

Oh yes, heart palpitations and all kinds of weird feelings, but I am a survivor.

You have it exactly right, as life goes on hahaha.

Long weekends are a nightmare, everyone arrives, drive like crazy... normally avoid parks and beaches!

Enjoy!

Oh yes and today was no exception, so we took a short trip to a fam late afternoon today.
Didn't stay long as I only took a few photos and we rushed out of there.

Home is the best place to stay during these periods.

Bunker-ed down for long weekend, four accidents within under kilometer radius of home on Thursday afternoon, crazy!

One small sunbird driving me crazy around the garden, singing not seen between the plants, wait something entertaining to do over the next couple of days, stalking this little fellow.

Cheeky is back, starting traditional run around too... Have a peaceful day Stephen the wind is pumping through so beach was out of the question today.

Madness on the roads Lady Joan and you are right in bunkering down.

Hahaha, that hunt is what I enjoy most. Sooner or later he will pop into the open to sit for a few seconds and you will get him. Just don't make the same mistakes that I make, and make sure that your Canon is on. By the time that I get mine on, he is long gone hahaha.

Wind on the beach are like sandpaper and if it is stong wind then it feels like a thousand bees with that sand.
