Helping my cat Misu

Esta primera publicación del año será referente al travieso Misu, ¿se acuerdan? El gato dorado que se adueñó de nuestro corazón. En fin, poniéndolos un poco en contexto Misu es un gato callejero al que empezamos a alimentar y poco a poco se ha incluido en nuestra familia, pero, algunas veces mi mamá y yo nos hemos dado cuenta de que a Misu a veces le cuesta comer ciertas cosas, por ejemplo, algunos huesos grandes de pescado, ya en una ocasión mi mamá (asustada) observó como se le dificultó comer un poco, por suerte, un señor que vive cerca de casa pudo auxiliarlo, lo que sucedía era que un hueso de pescado se le atascó entre los dientes... por lo que ahora nos aseguramos de no ponerle alimentos grandes.

This first post of the year will be about Mischievous Misu, remember? The golden cat who took over our hearts. Anyway, to put you in context Misu is a stray cat that we started to feed and little by little he has been included in our family, but, sometimes my mom and I have noticed that Misu sometimes has trouble eating certain things, for example, some big fish bones, and once my mom (scared) observed how he had trouble eating a little, luckily, a man who lives near our house was able to help him, what happened was that a fish bone got stuck between his teeth ... so now we are sure that Misu will be able to eat something, but he will be able to eat it again. ... so now we make sure not to put him on big food.

Hace unos días, como siempre, le guardamos comida, así que le pusimos a Misu trozos de carne para su desayuno pero, una vez terminado de comer se acostó en nuestro porche. Mientras yo observaba lo cómico que dormía (como siempre) noté que tenía algo entre los dientes. Era en el mismo lugar que se le había atascado el pedazo de pescado, así que de una vez avisé para ver cómo lo ayudamos.
Misu, se siente seguro con nosotros, y como lo hemos ayudado anteriormente, para esta oportunidad se comportó de maravilla y dejó que lo ayudaramos.

A few days ago, as usual, we kept food for him, so we put Misu on pieces of meat for his breakfast but, once he finished eating he laid down on our porch. As I watched how comically he slept (as usual) I noticed he had something between his teeth. It was in the same place that the piece of fish had gotten stuck, so I called out at once to see how we could help him. Misu, he feels safe with us, and since we have helped him before, for this opportunity he behaved wonderfully and let us help him.

Mi tía se colocó unos guantes, y sosteniendo la cabeza de Misu pudimos sacarle el trozo de carne. Los guantes se los colocó para evitar cualquier accidente, o que misu intentara morderla, sin embargo, el estuvo tranquilo, creo que sabía que lo que intentabamos hacer era ayudarle. Una vez auxiliado, el siguió placenteramente durmiendo.

My aunt put on some gloves, and by holding Misu's head we were able to remove the piece of meat. The gloves were put on to avoid any accident, or Misu trying to bite her, however, he was calm, I think he knew that what we were trying to do was to help him. Once helped, he continued to sleep pleasantly.

Aunque, al ayudarlo, nos dimos cuenta de que Misu esta un poco aruñado, incluso en las fotos se puede observar:(, el pobre gatito a veces resulta herido por otros gatos más grandes.. Hace unos días también le echamos un poco de crema en una patita herida.
Espero que esos aruños le sanen poco a poco

Although, when we helped him, we noticed that Misu is a little bit scratched, even in the pictures you can see :(, the poor kitty sometimes gets hurt by other bigger cats... A few days ago we also put some cream on his injured paw.
I hope that those scratches will heal little by little.
