Hoy revisando mi nevera me encontré con un poco de carne molida en un envase, esos poquito de comida que guardamos cuando nos queda en la olla, después que todos comemos y que guardamos, también tenia unas papas sancochada de una ensalada que realice.
Quiero desayunar algo diferente y me recordé de las croquetas de papa..
Les comparto como hacerla.
Ingredientes.
2 papas sancochada.
1/2 Taza de harina de Maíz.
1/2 Taza de queso blanco
1/2 Taza de carne molida
Aceite (Cantidad necesaria)
Procedimiento:
Sancochar la papa, una vez floja, triturar. agregar el queso, carne molida y agregar la harina de pan de maíz.
Formato; puedes hacer bolitas o forma de bastón.
Calentar aceite en una olla y esperar que este bien caliente. Incorporar las croquetas y dejar que dore.
Voltear,para cocinar del otro lado.
Así quedan las croquetas, su contextura es por fuera dorado y cremoso por dentro.
Al partirlo sale su queso derretido. Es super delicioso...
