Amazing Drinks: Pineapple-Cucumber Juice

Hi bloggers and Amazing Drinks community, today I’m making a beautiful, healthy juice that can help improve digestion and reduce bloating. I’ve combined pineapple and cucumber into a delicious and beneficial drink—let’s get started!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized pineapple
  • 2 cucumbers
  • a pinch of salt
  • water

Steps:

  • Wash the pineapple and peel it

  • Cut the pineapple into small pieces

  • Set aside

  • Prepare the cucumbers and wash them under running water

  • Cut off the ends of the cucumbers, then dice them into small pieces

  • Set aside

  • Place the pineapple and cucumbers in a blender

  • Add a little water to help the blender process the ingredients

  • Turn on the blender and blend the pineapple and cucumbers until smooth (I blended it 3 times)

  • Once everything is blended, add a pinch of salt to the juice

  • The pineapple and cucumber juice is ready to drink

Wow! That was a very good healthy juice packed with vitamin C and the Cucumber has anti-inflammatory to prevent cancer.
