Amazing Drinks: Golden Milk

Hi bloggers and Amazing Drinks community! Today I’m going to share a “golden” drink, you may already be familiar with its health benefits. This drink has many benefits. Some of its benefits include reducing inflammation, relieving pain, and boosting immunity, as it contains a blend of cinnamon, turmeric powder, and a little ginger. Let’s get right to it

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • a pinch of black pepper

Steps:

  • Pour the milk into a sauce pan

  • Add the cinnamon powder and turmeric powder

  • Add a pinch of black pepper

  • Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces

  • Put them to the sauce pan

  • Heat the pan with low heat and stir the milk until the spices are well mixed

  • Then cook until bubbles form around the edges of the saucepan

  • Turn off the heat then remove the milk and strain it

  • Pour the milk into a glass

  • Serve while warm, or add ice to the glass for the cold version

  • Golden milk is ready to enjoy

Minuman ini memiliki punya banyak manfaat, Beberapa kebaikan minuman ini adalah sebagai anti inflamasi, mengurasi rasa nyeri, dan meningkatkan imunitas karena memiliki campuran kayu manis, kunyit bubuk, dan sedikit jahe. Bahan-bahan:

  • 250 ml susu
  • 1/2 sdt bubuk kayu manis
  • 1/2 sdt bubuk kunyit
  • 1 ruas kuku jahe
  • sejumput lada hitam

Langkah-langkah:

  • masukkan susu ke dalam wajan

  • tambahkan bubuk kayu manis dan bubuk kunyit ke dalamnya

  • tambahkan sejumput lada hitam

  • kupas jahe dari kulitnya dan potong kecil-kecil

  • masukkan jahe ke dalam wajan

  • hidupkan api dengan api yang kecil dan aduk susu sampai rempah tercampur rata

  • lalu masak hingga muncul gelembung di pinggiran sauce pan

  • matikan api lalu angkat susu dan saring

  • pindahkan susu ke dalam gelas

  • sajikan selagi hangat atau tambahkan es ke dalam gelas kalau untuk versi dingin

  • golden milk siap dinikmati

A very healthy and delicious drink...I've tried drinking golden milk but I'd never tried adding some cinnamon and black pepper for sure this recipe is best..
