Hola querido hiver.

¿Cuántas veces leemos una publicación y sentimos que el autor parece estar hablándonos de nuestra propia vida? ¿Y cuántas otras sus palabras logran penetrar hasta lo más profundo de nuestra alma, conmoviéndonos?

Esta iniciativa pretende rendir homenaje a esos autores, rescatando perlas de emoción o sabiduría, según el caso, pero siempre a través de sus palabras.

Gracias a @miriannalis por dar el empuje inicial y proporcionar este acogedor espacio. Gracias también a @ecency y a @melinda010100 por el apoyo y patrocinio de la iniciativa.

En esta semana quiero hacer un agradecimiento muy especial a todos los participantes que han cumplido los requisitos. Me lo habéis puesto muy difícil porque el numero de candidaturas era grande, ¡nada menos que 13 publicaciones! Gracias, gracias a todos.

(…) esta práctica de llevar colecciones es muy natural o normal en nuestros primeros años de vida, quizá porque de adultos la colección comienza a formarse de responsabilidades y pendientes.

¿Quién no ha coleccionado algo de niño? Ya fueran conchas, cromos, sellos o monedas. En esos momentos no comprendemos el valor de las cosas y nos atrae el simple hecho de acumular objetos diferentes. Sin embargo, como bien indica nuestra autora, más tarde los objetos pesan porque suponen que debemos cuidar de ellos: limpiarlos, ordenarlos, protegerlos. Si bien hay quien continúa ese espíritu e incluso se puede convertir en una profesión, pocos son quienes persisten más allá de la curiosidad.

(…) mi colección favorita es de lápices. En ellos hay una historia de amigos que han viajado y desde sus lugares favoritos me han comprado lápices alusivos, e igual algunos son de viajes propios.

¡Qué maravillosa sorpresa! Es la primera vez en mi vida que sé de una persona que colecciona lapiceros. Personalmente sí que he guardado muchos bolígrafos cuando los conseguía en las jornadas y congresos profesionales. ¿Adivinas cuál fue su destino? El cubo de la basura, porque en el momento en que he querido utilizarlos no servían al haberse secado la tinta. En cambio, la idea de la autora hubiera sido una solución perfecta, más barata y ecológica. Lo de viajar por el mundo a través de ellos también me ha gustado mucho, es un detalle bonito que cualquiera puede traerte.

(…) cajas de colecciones completas de colores que hoy en día han logrado ser vividas en las manos de mi hija, a ella le gusta el dibujo y como ha desarrollado el arte para mi es un placer entregarle esos colores.

El impulso de coleccionar esos colores y que años después su hija se encargue de transformarlos en arte y belleza son el mejor destino que se me ocurre para ellos. Seguro que hubo gran parte de influencia en sus gustos haberlos visto guardados por su mamá.

(…) los lápices son tesoros en las manos correctas, el instrumento más sublime de la expresión y la herencia de nuestras letras, insuperables perfecciones de un hombre que evolucionó sumando momentos, recuerdos y saberes.

Todo lo que añada es estropear el colofón a la publicación. Este párrafo es pura poesía y un homenaje a este objeto humilde al que debemos nuestra evolución hasta el presente.

How many times do we read a publication and feel that the author seems to be talking to us about our own life? And how many other times do their words manage to penetrate to the depths of our soul, moving us?

(...) this practice of carrying collections is very natural or normal in our early years of life, perhaps because as adults the collection begins to form of responsibilities and pending.

Who has not collected something as a child? Whether it was shells, stickers, stamps or coins. At that time we do not understand the value of things and we are attracted by the simple fact of accumulating different objects. However, as our author rightly points out, later on objects become heavy because they mean that we have to take care of them: clean them, tidy them, protect them. Although there are those who continue this spirit and it can even become a profession, there are few who persist beyond curiosity.

(...) my favorite collection is of pencils. In them there is a history of friends who have traveled and from their favorite places have bought me allusive pencils, and some of them are from my own trips.

What a wonderful surprise! It is the first time in my life that I know of a person who collects pencils. Personally, I have saved many pens when I got them at professional conferences and congresses. Can you guess what their destination was? The rubbish bin, because by the time I wanted to use them they were useless because the ink had dried out. On the other hand, the author's idea would have been a perfect solution, cheaper and more ecological. I also liked the idea of travelling around the world with them, it's a nice detail that anyone can bring you.

(...) boxes of complete collections of colors that today have managed to be alive in the hands of my daughter, she likes drawing and as she has developed art for me it is a pleasure to give her those colors.

The impulse to collect those colours and that years later her daughter is in charge of transforming them into art and beauty are the best destiny I can think of for them. I'm sure there was a great deal of influence on her tastes to have seen them kept by her mum.

(...) pencils are treasures in the right hands, the most sublime instrument of expression and the inheritance of our letters, unsurpassable perfections of a man who evolved by adding moments, memories and knowledge.

Anything more would spoil the culmination of the publication. This paragraph is pure poetry and a tribute to this humble object to which we owe our evolution up to the present day.
