Today, when I go to work, in my little village the birds are singing, people smile in greeting, and no carts full of dead bodies go door to door collecting corpses. It's impossible to believe the lie they need us to believe if we see what really is outside our doors with our own eyes. They can only convince us it's true if we don't look.
