After such amazing hymns and melodies from the choir and orchestra.
The brethrens shared their testimony of what God has been doing for them via the MCGI.
Then a sister shared her journey of faith before becoming a member of the church of God.
Then all the brethrens shared the lessons they had learnt from the previous teachings.
Then brother Daniel Razon anchored the event.
Here are the things I had learnt.
Brother Joseph Gave a recount of the previous teachings.
Love is a necessity for us to overcome evil with good.
Hebrews 5:14
But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Godliness is something we should exercise doing daily, and everything we do should be done in love, by that we keep practicing to do good.
1 Timothy 4:7
But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness.
1 CORINTHIANS 16:14
Let all your things be done with charity.
Romans 12:9
Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
1 Thessalonians 5:22
Abstain from all appearance of evil.
Everything has its applications and when maybe we should apply a break to a motorcycle.
We should be able to know what is good and evil, then be able to apply the right thing to do at anytime.
We should practice doing good so we will get use to that.
Because whatever we practice doing, we will get accustomed to it.
Our senses get use to whatever we practice daily.
We can avoid evil by using self control and we can do these via the love that we have learnt. And we develop it by practicing, and ensure we do everything we do in love.
Mathew 5:46
For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?
We should practice been taught by our Lord Jesus Christ, that's Loving even our enemies.
