En esta ocasión no voy a compartirles música cantada por mí, ni composiciones originales, tampoco covers. Esto será algo así como una recomendación musical. Casi no lo hago, pero comenzaré a hacerlo desde este primer post. Hoy voy a presentarles a una artista, una mujer con una voz de una belleza indescriptible. Esta mujer es Silvia Pérez Cruz, nacida en 1983 en Palafrugell, Girona, comenzó en el mundo de la música desde muy pequeña. No tiene un estilo definido, lo único que les puedo asegurar es que los ángeles están maravillados cada vez que esta mujer comienza a cantar. Su voz es un auténtico milagro.
En una industria musical con una mediocridad difícil de obviar, este tipo de artistas son fundamentales para separar el grano de la paja. Estoy seguro de que si realmente aman la música y el arte en su más pura y cruda expresión, no quedarán indiferentes cuando escuchen a Silvia Pérez Cruz.
Good evening dear friends of this magnificent community of @@@music-community. This time I am not going to share with you music sung by me, nor original compositions, nor covers. This will be something like a musical recommendation. I almost never do it but I will start doing it from this first post. Today I am going to introduce you to an artist, a woman with a voice of indescribable beauty. This woman is Silvia Perez Cruz, born in 1983 in Palafrugell, Girona she started in the music world since she was very young. She does not have a defined style, the only thing I can assure you is that the angels are amazed every time this woman starts singing, her voice is a true miracle.
In a music industry with a mediocrity difficult to ignore, this kind of artists are essential to separate the wheat from the chaff. I am sure that if you really love music and art in its purest and crudest expression, you will not be indifferent when you listen to Silvia Perez Cruz.

1. Acá les dejo la primera canción que pueden escuchar y les recomiendo verdaderamente. La canción en sí, no es compuesta por ella, de hecho la letra es un poema de Federico García Lorca llamado "Pequeño vals vienes". El primero que musicalizó este poema fue el mismísimo Leonard Cohen, y Silvia de seguro tomó esa base del gran Leonard Cohen para hacer una auténtica obra maestra. Aquí les dejo:
1. Here is the first song that you can listen to and I really recommend it. The song itself is not composed by her, in fact the lyrics are a poem by Fedrico Garcia Lorca called "Pequeño vals vienes". The first one who musicalized this poem was Leonard Cohen himself, and Silvia for sure took that base from the great Leonard Cohen to make an authentic masterpiece. Here it is:

2. La segunda y última canción que les quiero compartir es Vestida De Nit. No sé si esta canción es compuesta por ella, no sé exactamente en qué idioma está cantando (al parecer es catalán, pero no estoy seguro). Lo realmente importante, y aquí me quiero detener, es como la voz de Silvia nos envuelve en un lirismo fascinante. Las inflexiones de su voz tocan las fibras más íntimas. Y en esta canción, es demasiado evidente. Esto es un ejemplo de cómo la música es un lenguaje universal. Yo no entiendo la letra, pero la primera vez que escuché este tema me conmoví casi hasta las lágrimas. Espero que les guste.
2. The second and last song I want to share with you is Vestida De Nit. I don't know if this song is composed by her, I don't know exactly in what language she is singing (apparently it is Catalan but I am not sure). What is really important, and here I want to stop, is how Silvia's voice envelops us in a fascinating lyricism, the inflections of her voice touch the most intimate fibers. And in this song, it is all too evident. This is an example of how music is a universal language, I don't understand the lyrics but the first time I heard this song I was moved almost to tears.
