Hello beautiful people! I hope you're all doing great and if you're not, you will be soon!This week I wanted to make a fan art of a Holozing character, which is the Female Oceanic Healer. It's a character that I personally find beautiful and well, I wanted to do it in my style and share it with the whole Holozing community.
Hola gente bonita! Espero estén super bien todos y si no lo están, pronto lo estarán! Esta semana quise hacer un fan art de un personaje de Holozing, el cual es la Sanadora Oceánica Femenina. Es un personaje que en lo personal me parece hermoso y bueno, lo quise hacer a mi estilo y compartirlo con toda la comunidad de Holozing.

I started making the sketch of what would be my version of this oceanic healer, taking as a reference the original photo of the character. The truth is that it didn't take me long to structure the character, since it doesn't have so many elements and the time it took me to have the drawing was short. After making the sketch and having it ready, what I do is to add a new layer and start working on the line art, to give body and structure to the drawing.
Comencé haciendo el boceto de lo que seria mi versión de esta sanadora oceánica, tomando como referencia la foto original del personaje. La verdad no tarde mucho en estructurar el personaje, ya que no tiene tantos elementos en sí y el lapso de tiempo que me tomo tener el dibujo fue corto. Luego de haber estado haciendo el boceto y tenerlo listo, lo que hago es agregar una nueva capa y comenzar a trabajar el line art, para darle cuerpo y estructura al dibujo.

I then work on the color after finishing the line art. To do this, I look at the color palette of the original character and build my own palette, since I play a lot with the color tones and make them, it can be more intense or less saturated, that depends on how I imagine how the drawing would look like in my mind. Besides that, I personally don't like very saturated color palettes, so mostly my color palettes are always somewhat grayish. I start by adding a base color, which is always for the skin and after that, I add the remaining colors for each area of the drawing.
Paso seguidamente a trabajar el color después de terminar el line art. Para ello, me fijo en la paleta de color del personaje original y armo mi propia paleta, ya que juego mucho con los tonos de color y los hago, puede ser más intensos o menos saturados, eso depende de como me imagine como se vería el dibujo en mi mente. Ademas de eso, a mi en lo personal no me gustan las paletas de color muy saturadas, así que mayormente mis paletas de color son siempre un tanto grisáceas. Comienzo agregando un color base, que siempre es para la piel y luego de eso, agrego los colores restantes para cada zona del dibujo.

For this point, I start working the details all over the drawing, starting with the face. The face is something I will always enjoy doing, because if there is one thing I must say, I absolutely love drawing and painting faces. I detail everything step by step, adding redness and shadows on the face with watercolor brushes and paint blenders. After the face, I followed with the hair and then the clothes. I really just add color and blend, I don't do that much work in this step.
Para este punto, comienzo a trabajar los detalles en todo el dibujo, comenzando por la cara. El rostro es algo que siempre voy a disfrutar hacer, ya que si algo debo decir, es que amo completamente dibujar y pintar rostros. Voy detallando todo paso a paso, agregando rojeces y sombras en la cara con pinceles de acuarela y mezcladores de pintura. Luego de la cara, seguí con el cabello y luego la ropa. La verdad solo voy agregando color y mezclando, no hago tanto trabajo en este paso.

Finally I do the background and make a tonal correction in some areas that I see a little simple. I also add some final details and that's it folks, that would be all.
Por ultimo lo hago es hacer el fondo y hago una corrección tonal en algunas zonas que vea un tanto simples. También agrego algunos detalles finales y listo amigos, eso seria todo.
