Hello friends, today I want to share with you the preparation of some delicious “Oatmeal pancakes with zucchini and sesame” These pancakes, in addition to being delicious, are excellent for diets, especially for people who follow diets to lose weight, as well as for people who suffer from constipation problems, since sesame seeds have a lot of oil and fiber, which promotes gastrointestinal motility.

Today I wanted to have these pancakes for breakfast, I eat them three times a week, mainly for breakfast; because I suffer from irritable colon and since I started eating these oatmeal pancakes with zucchini and sesame I have felt good, that's why I recommend this recipe, you can even add grated carrot.

Delicious oatmeal, zucchini and sesame pancakes

Yes friends, these pancakes are ideal for breakfast, you can accompany them with some wheels of tomato, onion, cucumber, lettuce and of course, with natural papaya juice or whatever you prefer, today it made me eat oat pancakes for breakfast, and I took the opportunity to share with you this simple, but exquisite recipe.

Ingredients for a pancake (My breakfast)

  • 3 Tablespoons of oat flakes
  • 30 g of zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon of onion zest
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste (Optional)

These "Panquecas" can be consumed with some slices of tomato, onion or cucumber.

Preparation mode:

  • Step-1: The first thing I will do is wash the zucchini well and then I will grate it, for this I will use a metal grater:

  • Step-2: In this step I will combine all the ingredients, such as oat flakes, onion zest and sesame seeds, these ingredients must be mixed well and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes, so that the flakes of oats soften a little with the zucchini juice and at the same time release the starch so that the dough can be compacted:

  • Step-3: Now I am going to cook my pancake, so I am going to spread the batter on the pan, you can also cook it on a griddle. Well friends, I'm going to shape my pancake into a round shape. I recommend that you cook these pancakes over medium heat, so that they do not burn, but turn them over and over again so that they cook well without burning:
