Hola amigos, deseo que todos estén bien, creo que ya todos comenzaron a preparar su casa o el apartamento para recibir la navidad, bueno amigos, cuando se vive en comunidad, como los conjuntos residenciales, siempre los vecinos se ponen de acuerdo para arreglar el edificio, generalmente se hacen trabajos de pintura en paredes, escaleras y la limpieza de las áreas verdes, así como colocar algunos adornos navideños como los nacimientos y luces de colores, bueno, la mayoría de las veces hacemos las mejoras en el edificio a final del año, aunque debería de realizarse durante todo el año, porque cuando hay algo que comienza a dañarse, hay que repararlo de inmediato, porque con el tiempo cuesta más dinero su reparación, pero bueno, son cosas de costumbres, aquí donde yo vivo generalmente pensamos en la pintura para finales de año, porque es la fecha donde las personas cobran sus aguinaldos y pueden pagar las cuotas especiales para comprar los materiales.

De manera que, desde la semana pasada comenzamos a embellecer el edificio donde vivo, estos trabajos consisten en pintar las paredes y escaleras, donde todos colaboramos, las mujeres colaboran adornando las fachadas con arreglos navideños y con la logística, como los jugos, agua y el café, mientras que los hambres trabajan con el mantenimiento de las áreas verdes y pintura y algunas reparaciones, bueno amigos, este año me comprometí con la construcción de las caminerías de concreto en las áreas verdes, la cual consiste en hacer varias losas de cemento, así que hoy comencé con este trabajo, a continuación les mostraré parte del avance de este trabajo.

BRICOLAJE: Construyendo unas caminerías de cemento, en áreas verdes de mi Edificio

Si amigos, hoy en la mañana comencé con la construcción de las caminerias de concreto, siempre me ha gustado involucrar a los jóvenes en estos trabajos, porque ellos son la generación de relevo, aunque los niños también es bueno que nos vean trabajando, para que desde temprana edad ellos vean el esfuerzo que se hace para mantener el edificio en buen estado, de esta manera ellos trataran de cuidar las diferentes áreas donde viven.

Construcción de las losas de concreto

• Cada losa tendrá una medida de 35 centímetros de ancho por 60 centímetros de largo con un espesor de 5 centímetros, esta medida lo dará el encofrado, de manera que lo primero que haré será el encofrado con madera:

• Después de colocar el encofrado, ahora le colocaré un colchón de pedazos pequeños de ladrillos que encontré en mal estado, así que en ves de tirarlos a la basura, aproveche estos escombros para echarlos en todo el fondo de las losas:

• Ahora voy a mojar el fondo de las losas para evitar que el relleno de ladrillos no absorban el agua del concreto para el momento del fraguado:

• Aquí vemos a unos vecinos mezclando la arena y el cemento:

• Lo siguiente será colocar la mezcla de concreto dentro del encofrado, aquí es importante mover bien la mezcla para que no queden espacios o huecos, sobre todo en el borde del encofrado

Estos dibujos los hice con una plantilla de cabillas, esta pieza la hizo mi compadre y vecino, la verdad es que le quedó muy bien, me gustó mucho el diseño, para hacer estos dibujos colocamos la plantilla sobre el concreto aun fresco haciéndole un poquito de presión para que penetre, luego lo retiramos:

Que les parece amigos, verdad que se ve bien los dibujos, bueno amigos, hoy logré hacer junto con mis vecinos, 16 losas, este trabajo lo continuaré el próximo sábado donde seguiremos con esta jornada de embellecimiento del edificio y por supuesto espero hacer el resto de las losas para terminar con esta camineria.

Yes friends, today in the morning I started with the construction of the concrete walkways, I have always liked to involve young people in these works, because they are the generation of relief, although it is also good for children to see us working, so that from an early age they see the effort that is made to keep the building in good condition, in this way they will try to take care of the different areas where they live.

Construction of concrete slabs

• Each slab will have a measurement of 35 centimeters wide by 60 centimeters long with a thickness of 5 centimeters, this measurement will be given by the formwork, so the first thing I will do will be the formwork with wood:

• After placing the formwork, now I will place a mattress of small pieces of some bricks that I found in poor condition, so instead of throwing them away, take advantage of this rubble to throw it all over the bottom of the slabs:

• Now I am going to water the bottom of the slabs to prevent the brick filling from absorbing the water from the concrete by the time it sets:

• The next thing will be to place the concrete mix inside the formwork, here it is important to move the mix well so that there are no spaces or holes, especially on the edge of the formwork.

I made these drawings with a template of iron bars, this piece was made by my compadre and neighbor, the truth is that it turned out very well, I really liked the design, to make these drawings we placed the template on the still fresh concrete, giving it a little of pressure so that it penetrates, then we remove it:
