A Place to Remember! The Nicual!

This week I have witnessed one of the great beauties of nature. It was my turn to go with my great friend and co-worker Leonardo to a village far away from the town of San Sebastian de los Reyes called "El Nicuál", Aragua State, Venezuela. For work reasons we went to take some orders to that town. We could see that the road to that place was very rough, since to cross it we had to pass approximately 6 to 7 rivers, finally we arrived at the place in 2 hours aboard a Jeep Wrangler. When we arrived at the place, the person who was to receive the packages was not there. So we had to wait for the next day. The place was very lonely, fresh mountain air, a sparsely populated place with very few people and we managed to talk to one of the elders of that area and he told us to approach the creek that was near that house we were in.

Immediately, we walked little by little and I could see that the place was really very beautiful, the water was totally transparent, what place was very little visited, then I had the idea of bathing because the river was really provocative, that was when we took the opportunity to enjoy that small stream. The heat forced me to take a bath. Before enjoying these rich waters I took a stick to introduce it in the corners that had the small wells of that beautiful river. I used it as a safety measure to prevent any snake or any kind of animal from attacking me when I entered the water, in those places it is very common to find such things in the water. When entering the water, I could be attacked or bitten. The water was cold, had foam, as the precipitation originated them, and those oxygenated bubbles even more and it was a good sign. The truth is that I quite enjoyed myself in such a small place. The truth is that after a few minutes we considered it was time to retire and that place has stuck in my mind. The images are great, the truth is that I did not hesitate for a minute to bathe there. I hope that some of you can enjoy such a beautiful place. Where nature gives us that nice and pleasant moment.

Esta semana he sido testigo de una de las grandes bellezas de la naturaleza. Me tocó ir con mi gran amigo y compañero de trabajo Leonardo a un pueblo muy lejano de la localidad de San Sebastián de los Reyes llamado "El Nicuál", Estado Aragua, Venezuela. Por razones de trabajo fuimos a llevar unas encomiendas a ese pueblo. Pudimos apreciar que el camino hacia ese lugar era muy accidentado, ya que para cruzarlo debíamos pasar aproximadamente 6 a 7 ríos, finalmente llegamos al lugar en 2 horas a bordo de un Jeep Wrangler. Cuando llegamos al lugar, la persona que iba a recibir los paquetes no estaba allí. Así que tuvimos que esperar al día siguiente. El lugar era muy solitario, aire fresco de montaña, un lugar poco poblado y con muy poca gente y logramos hablar con uno de los ancianos de esa zona y nos dijo que nos acercáramos al arroyo que estaba cerca de esa casa en la que estábamos.

Inmediatamente, caminamos poco a poco y pude ver que el lugar era realmente muy hermoso, el agua era totalmente transparente, qué lugar era muy poco visitado, entonces tuve la idea de bañarme porque el río era realmente provocativo, fue cuando aprovechamos para disfrutar de ese pequeño arroyo. El calor me obligó a bañarme. Antes de disfrutar de estas ricas aguas cogí un palo para introducirlo en los rincones que tenían los pequeños pozos de aquel hermoso río. Lo utilicé como medida de seguridad para evitar que alguna serpiente o cualquier tipo de animal me atacara al entrar en el agua, en esos lugares es muy común encontrar cosas así en el agua. Al entrar en el agua, podía ser atacado o picado. El agua estaba fría, tenía espuma, ya que la precipitación las originaba, y esas burbujas oxigenadas aún más y era un buen indicio. La verdad es que disfruté bastante en un lugar tan pequeño. La verdad es que después de unos minutos consideramos que era hora de retirarnos y ese lugar se me ha quedado grabado en la mente. Las imágenes son geniales, La verdad es que no dudé ni un minuto en bañarme allí. Espero que alguno de vosotros pueda disfrutar de un lugar tan bonito. Donde la naturaleza nos regala ese momento tan bonito y agradable.
