There are quite a few farming routes and location with big chunks of ore, hemp etc.
This is a nicely detailed route, might have to try it one time that I go on a run!
My favourite when doing a hemp run, is where Monarch's/Everfall/Windsward connect to one another in that big clump. East top of Monarchs by the cliffs/cats, Everfall southwest corner and Windsward in the western side.
There is even a map you can find online and filter by what you want to find.

That is good to know. I might have to check it out some time if I ever run out of hemp.
I seem mostly to never have enough rawhide. Maxed out skinning the other day. While my other gathering skills are nowhere near max.
I personally like to get a lot of those faction/town board quests to search chests/kill things in areas, so while running along I occasionally go kill a bunch of pumas or things I can skin for the rawhide. I will link the map I mentioned in case you haven't seen it before.
