Regarding Ebay, lately they no longer pay the sellers on their paypal accounts and they ask bank account details otherwise they don't allow them to kist items for sale. Not that I didn't expect this to happen sooner or later (probably forced by governments to be able to tax). No idea about that 20$ so gotta thank you for the heads up.

I didn't know this thing about eBay as I've never listed anything for sale, but good to know.
You're not affected by this $20 fine as you're not in Canada, but it may get to us as well, you never know. These companies are capable of everything for money, they always find a way and you have no choice.
