Amigos de Hive! Hoy quiero compartir una experiencia fabulosa con ustedes. Mi hermano desde hace un tiempo ha estado en una actividad de en su Colegio en el cual fabricaron un cohete con materiales de reciclaje.

Friends of Hive! Today I want to share a fabulous experience with you. My brother has been in an activity at his school for some time in which they made a rocket with recycling materials.

Este es un proyecto que es parte de los resultados de la alianza de este Colegio con la Nasa, la cual inició en el año 2017 cuando se logró el primer y único contacto en Venezuela con la Estación Espacial Internacional,
El club de astronomía en el que pertenece mi hermano tiene 2 años, y cerraron este año escolar con la construcción de dichos cohetes

This is a project that is part of the results of this College's alliance with NASA, which began in 2017 when the first and only contact in Venezuela with the International Space Station was achieved,
The astronomy club to which my brother belongs is 2 years old, and they closed this school year with the construction of these rockets.

Esta maravillosa actividad comenzó en un club a las afueras de la ciudad, un lugar bastante amplio con bastante vegetación, además que el sol estaba espectacular.

En un momento reunieron a los grupos que eran 7 y el profesor de astronomía, allí estaban con los cohetes que habían fabricado. Los reunieron porque estaba la prensa local quienes realizaron preguntas al profesor de Astronomía de cómo realizaron ese proyecto en ese momento el explicó cómo fue el procedimiento pero se sentía tan emocionado que en un momento se le cortó su voz y salió en algunas lágrimas todos teníamos ese sentimiento de emoción y yo explicando la gente haciendo preguntas momento muy interesante.

At one point they gathered the groups that were 7 and the astronomy professor, there they were with the rockets they had made. They were gathered because there was the local press who asked questions to the professor of Astronomy about how they carried out that project at that time he explained how the procedure went but he felt so excited that at one point his voice was cut off and he came out in some tears we all had that feeling of emotion and I explaining people asking questions very interesting moment.

Colaboramos con arreglar cada uno de los stand donde cada grupo iba a mostrar su proyecto

We collaborated to fix each of the stands where each group was going to show their project

En los stand estaban ubicados los cohetes de cada grupo con información de como realizaron el cohete, algunas fotos documentando todo el proceso.

In the stands were located the rockets of each group with information on how they made the rocket, some photos documenting the entire process.

Posteriormente pasaron por cada uno de los stand a entrevistar a los integrantes del grupo, allí explicaron cómo realizaron sus proyectos y como utilizaron los recursos. Mi hermano y sus compañeros lo hicieron excelente

Subsequently, they went through each of the stands to interview the members of the group, there they explained how they carried out their projects and how they used the resources. My brother and his classmates did it excellent.

El grupo donde pertenecía mi hermano explicaron de manera excepcional su proyecto, además que los proyectos fueron apoyados por estudiantes de ingeniería, quienes fabricaron una tarjeta (disculpen mis términos, no recuerdo el nombre exacto) cuya finalidad era medir la altura que podría alcanzar el cohete en su despegue.

The group to which my brother belonged explained their project in an exceptional way, in addition to the fact that the projects were supported by engineering students, who made a card (sorry for my terms, I do not remember the exact name) whose purpose was to measure the height that the rocket could reach at its takeoff.

Fue una experiencia única, de gran esfuerzo por los estudiantes y sus profesores que dedicaron su tiempo para llevar a cabo este proyecto tan fenomenal

It was a unique experience, of great effort for the students and their teachers who dedicated their time to carry out this phenomenal project.

En esta foto pude tomar una captura al video que hice durante el despegue, mis papás y amigos se emocionaron

Este tipo de Proyectos deberían aplicarse en los colegios, ya que es una manera de incentivar a los estudiantes a grandes proyectos y la emoción de lograr la meta establecida

This type of projects should be applied in schools, since it is a way to encourage students to large projects and the excitement of achieving the established goal
