As Apostle Paul has done in the time of Jesus Christ, face the ground and put yourself in proper horizontal posture while you pray alone in silence
Pray to the father in secret, God would understand you in secret and our mind would be reed by God

A woman 👩 that pray must cover her head while A man that pray must leave his head open

1 Corinthians 11:4-5 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.

Remember we are praying to the creator of heaven and heart ♥ when we pray so we must follow his will
