Jerarquía... Una palabra que implica mucha responsabilidad, pero que también, a través de la historia, hemos conocido de abusos cometidos por aquellos que han gozado de este privilegio.

Quien ve amenazada su posición en la empresa, puede llegar a usar su jerarquía para pisotear a otros. ¿Por qué tenemos que opacar el brillo de otros para mostrar nuestra propia luz? Muchas veces he llegado a pensar que cada uno de nosotros tiene su propio brillo sin importar la distancia a la que estemos.

Cada uno de nosotros puede brillar con luz propia, sin tratar de apagar la luz de otros. He visto a una gran cantidad de personas que, basados en su jerarquía, han tratado de ridiculizar a quienes, con humildad, toman su posición en el mundo. ¿Será que quienes están en un más alto rango de responsabilidad se creen superiores? Posiblemente, aún no se han dado cuenta de que, es tan importante el vaso que se guarda en un lugar privilegiado para tomar agua que el tobo usado para reservar el agua donde se enjuaga el trapeador.

Bien lo dice la Biblia cuando expresa que "en una casa grande no solamente hay vasos de oro y de plata, sino también de madera y de barro, y unos para honra y otros para deshonra." _{2Timoteo 2:20}. Cada uno de nosotros tiene que ocupar un lugar en este mundo, y ninguno es innecesario o menos decoroso.

¿Es más importante un arquitecto que un obrero? De ninguna manera, ya que ambos tienen su lugar y son necesarios para cumplir sus roles. Uno no subsiste sin el otro, porque, si todos fuésemos arquitectos, ¿Quién se encargará de las labores más sencillas? Sin duda, el arquitecto menos "capacitado" hará de obrero, pero no por esto, es menos importante.

Valorar a cada uno por lo que es, sin importar la función que desempeña, es también respetar las jerarquías; Respeto y amor son quienes ponen las cosas en orden y dan el valor necesario a cada quien.

Si vemos las piezas del ajedrez, hallamos que la pieza más importante es la más débil, por lo tanto, las piezas más insignificantes formar un grupo fuerte dentro del juego.

Could it be that those in a higher rank of responsibility think they are superior? Possibly, they have not yet realized that the glass that is kept in a privileged place to drink water is as important as the bucket used to reserve the water where the mop is rinsed.

The Bible says it well when it says that "in a large house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, and some for honor and others for dishonor." _{2Timothy 2 :20}. Each of us has a place to occupy in this world, and none is unnecessary or less than proper.

Is an architect more important than a worker? By no means, since both have their place and are necessary to fulfill their roles. One does not subsist without the other, because if we were all architects, who would be in charge of the simplest tasks? Undoubtedly, the least "trained" architect will act as a worker, but not for this reason, it is less important.

Valuing each one for what he is, regardless of the role he plays, is also respecting hierarchies; Respect and love are the ones who put things in order and give the necessary value to each person.

If we see the chess pieces, we find that the most important piece is the weakest, therefore, the most insignificant pieces form a strong group within the game.
