Miguel Pidió Pasticho. Saludos a todas las familias del mundo; hoy vengo a compartir lo vivido en el cumpleaños número 17 de mi hijo Miguel Alejandro, donde la familia estuvo reunida para celebrar los momentos mágicos que representa el cumpleaños de nuestros hijos. Como es sabido, en casa para pasar un momento ameno en cada cumpleaños, no se necesita de muchos lujos, ni cosas extravagantes. Lo cierto es que la familia tiene por tradición preparar mucha comida, disfrutar y sobre todo elaborar la famosa torta de chocolate, la cual cada año tiene una variante.

Algo que me causó mucha risa, fue que el día antes de su cumpleaños él me dice papá, quiero que me prepares algo especial, una sopa de sardina, jajajaja y no lo dijo en juego porque en verdad le encanta esta sopa. Ahora, le dije, está bien, de almuerzo la hacemos en tu cumpleaños, jajajaja; me dijo, no, para almuerzo no, la haces para la cena, porque sé que para el almuerzo vas a preparar algo rico como un pasticho. Bueno, ese fue su deseo y eso le dimos. Lo importante es que la familia estaba reunida, aunque faltaban muchos por estar presentes.

Miguel asked for Pasticho. Greetings to all the families of the world; today I come to share what I experienced on the 17th birthday of my son Miguel Alejandro, where the family was together to celebrate the magical moments that represent the birthday of our children. As it is known, at home to spend a pleasant moment in every birthday, you don't need many luxuries or extravagant things. The truth is that the family tradition is to prepare a lot of food, enjoy and above all prepare the famous chocolate cake, which each year has a variant.

Something that made me laugh a lot, was that the day before his birthday he told me dad, I want you to prepare me something special, a sardine soup, hahahaha and he did not say it in play because he really loves this soup. Now, I told him, ok, we will make it for lunch on your birthday, hahahaha; he told me, no, not for lunch, you make it for dinner, because I know that for lunch you are going to prepare something delicious like a pasticho. Well, that was his wish and that's what we gave him. The important thing is that the family was reunited, although many were missing.

Como mi papá está un poco quebrantado de salud, él no podía salir de casa, así que todos nos fuimos a la casa de mis papás y allí hicimos toda la celebración. Al llegar, mi mamá recibió a Miguel con su regalo, dos shorts muy bonitos y como a él le gustan. Para cumplir con su deseo entre toda la familia compramos los materiales para preparar el pasticho y la torta de chocolate, que en esta oportunidad estaría rellena de crema pastelera de chocolate, fresas y manzana.

Se iniciaron las elaboraciones de los pastichos; así como lo escuchan, porque hacen uno solo para mí, y otro grande para toda la familia. Una ves terminada la elaboración, llegaba el turno del almuerzo donde toda la familia brindó por la salud y el buen futuro de mi hijo Miguel. Así que no quedaba de otra que degustar de este delicioso almuerzo en honor a los 17 años de Miguel. Este momento fue de mucha emoción, porque el compartir junto a nuestra familia no tiene precio, la familia es única y es nuestro centro, esa es mi opinión.

Since my dad's health is a little broken, he couldn't leave the house, so we all went to my parents' house and there we did the whole celebration. When we arrived, my mom received Miguel with his gift, two very nice shorts, just the way he likes them. To fulfill his wish, the whole family bought the materials to prepare the pasticho and the chocolate cake, which this time would be filled with chocolate pastry cream, strawberries and apple.

The elaboration of the pastichos began; just as you hear it, because they make one just for me, and another big one for the whole family. Once the elaboration was finished, it was time for lunch where the whole family toasted for the health and good future of my son Miguel. So there was no other choice but to enjoy this delicious lunch in honor of Miguel's 17th birthday. This moment was very emotional, because sharing with our family is priceless, the family is unique and is our center, that is my opinion.

Después de comer, Miguel recibió una sorpresa, porque su primo que vive en Chile desde hace muchos años y con quién se crió desde pequeño, le hizo una video llamada para felicitarlo. Ellos se adoran y siempre están en contacto, de hecho, todos participamos en esa conversación; para que luego mi hija Nancy prepara la torta de chocolate.

Una vez lista, esperamos un momento para cantar el cumpleaños y Miguel estaba muy emocionado. Nuevamente su primo se comunicó por video llamada y cantó junto a nosotros el feliz cumpleaños. De verdad que fue algo muy emotivo, por lo que al terminar de cantar ellos se quedaron hablando por mucho tiempo. After lunch, Miguel received a surprise, because his cousin who has lived in Chile for many years and with whom he grew up since he was a child, made a video call to congratulate him. They adore each other and are always in touch, in fact, we all participate in that conversation; so that later my daughter Nancy prepares the chocolate cake.

Once ready, we waited for a moment to sing the birthday and Miguel was very excited. Again, his cousin called via video call and sang happy birthday with us.
